Some people were having the same problem (I wasn't one of them) and I think they came up with un-loading Rainlender and then re-starting and it showed up...make sure that the skin folder is not buried in another folder/s...i.e Skin/Skin/files [Message Edited]

I don't think you're going to get much satisfaction killing running processes with that system. It's not that it's a bad system, but with XP you're pushing the envelope. The ram would be a good place to start (to 512) if you want to stay with that system. If you however want to start upgrading everything over time then start with that CPU....K6 doesn't play well with newer games. Actually most providers, including Comcast, have been very liberal with implementing any kind of caps. The debate will ultimately come down to speed versus consumption. The easiest way to assure speed is to rein in the heavy users, but where do caps start and end? I think that most would agree that providers have to upgrade their services and capabilities to reflect their customer base, irrespective of how much bandwidth is used, although that is certainly easier said then done.
