God, what is it with people and xenoside? sheesh, the satisfaction of killing those people isn't enough, you want to nuke their planet too? Will somebody think of the children?

The Devs haven't (Unless I've missed it) defined the actual bonuses afforded by creativity and the additional bonus described for creativity that "Is respected by other races" Creativity is (I think) what twelvefield said, but what of courage? And wouldn't creative be better suited to discoveries in the style of precursor ship discoveries?
That, sounds like a kick ass idea. BUT WAIT: After Action Report news. So those people who want more interactivity between players are satisfied a bit. Kind of like football results So you could see news of the latest journal entries, newsflashes, and reports of empire score lists on the metaverse, and some game highlights. "And In other news, the Federation of Hitchhikers, under the leader of the benevolent Ford Prefe
You're completely and utterly wrong. You get many more bonuses that what it seems through tiles, inbuilt bonuses that can't be picked/unpicked (like Yor negative diplomacy) some techs give an empire wide morale bonus, and of course a single morale starbase could do that with ease. The Ai on tough DOES NOT CHEAT! sheesh.
That would be Quintuples, with your example (50 = 5 *10). If it is Quadruple, it would make them look 4 times as good Yes I realised that, but the forums are being annoying, and won't let me edit
Spin control center. Quadruples the military rating of a given ship in orbit (If you have a ship rated at 10, it'll be rated 50) Only way to up it is big ships.
Same here, although I was dragged along into the wonderful world of stardock before the whole starforce fiasco. I honestly think they had a right to sue, but if they didn't want to, I have no problem with that. God we all hate starforce here, damn malware. *These are the views of general individuals and not the forum as a whole or the stardock team, even if the forum as a whole does happen to agree* ... Podcast joke. ANyway, yes, this game w
Keep your survey ship, you need those anomalies. They're valuable, only upgrade it when you have run out of anomalies over the entire map. As stated above, it's medium.
Video drivers over two years old are definately old, end of. Which means that if the demo won't run, don't bother getting the game until you have a new video card/ drivers.
Actually, it never appears on the board until the first bump. It's the fact no-one was surfing the actual forum at the time, and you just lucked out.
All your post are belong to us.
Ally! They can be quite useful as puppet nations. Give them some of my nice, powerful ships, and say "I really don't want the Drengin there, move them please" Nothing more pleasing than going to Lord Kona with a view to ending the hostilities with my good squirrel friends, and him saying "It's not me causing the violence, oh great Ford Prefect, if you want peace go talk to snarky" He just got owned <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/BigSmile.gif" border=0
(like miniaturization) Right, here's to settle the Yor issue. THEY ARE NOT OVERPOWERED. They have (written into the AI) A negative factor in every relationship (isn't shown up, but you can quite easily notice it if you're looking for it) and that means that they tend to die. A lot. If you go as them a
oh, a "software developer" using IE? nice Hehehehe. So, as a software developer, do you enjoy trying to get rid of the s***-storm of junk, spam and viruses you get? Pfft.
Intentional. There is a formula somewhere that varies occasionally as to terraforming, to make the game more randomised. And "planets" means unhabitable ones. If I have both to habitable, I'm averaging 3 usable per star system, and about 8 of these are better than 18. One lovely 27 that's now 34 (Still no Terraforming though)
Update the game. Out of the box there are a few flaws, just get 1.0x and it will fix.
Yup, just redownload 1.0x from the "downloads" section, and turn off "Show pre-release versions" in SDC
If your code begins with gc2-etc, you have a european serial number. This is for bonus content and not the game. Fix it by entering a code and email Link And you should get your new code
Yup, you can't do anything really if you aren't in power. Especially the pacifists. So, they won't let you have a war, and you get a 20% diplomacy penalty. Nice, a challenge
No, war isn't necessary, get rid of defenders and make sure you're using a transport.
The model does align straight down with a higher increment, so this is probably just something to do with the maths involved that needs fixing. The Terran hulls have been slightly misaligned for quite a while, there is a mod for this in the library. The fact you kept creating new maps so quickly probably caused a strain on your system, check to see if there is a memory leak. As for the save/load issue, I've had that. Just look over all your planets and
You say this is the beta? well, they're buggy, but not this buggy. Those links you provided are different issue, AFAIK everyone has a one turn time freeze when save/reload to try and stop people just saving/reloading constantly, but for you it seems to have just killed time. You'll need to post a debug.err or email stardock with the save game, because I don't think this has been seen before.
