or maybe Akira? yeah, thats what I meant.

I hate how Thalan troops look the same as everyone else, they are not humaniod in form but the animationporteays them as being a humanoid life form. Yes, planet invasions are in need of SERIOUS WORK. If we all yell and demand better planet combat animation, we shall get it.
THere is no evidence for any deity so the default position is atheism. Near death experiences are evidence for life after death, but perhaps not God. Human logic can not comprehend no beginning to the universe. How is it possible that everything just was?? If matter-energy cannot be created or destroyed, then how did all this crap get here if it wasn't somehow created? Scientists tell us universes may indeed exit that have more than
a tough job, i imagine. like a soldier, lots of downtime and then minutes of danger and adrenaline? certainly an important contribution to society. Not really. I sit behind the computer e-mailing and do lots of boring office crap and talk on this forum when the boss isn't looking. Last tour I was a deck watch officer on a buoy tender. A little more exciting.
It is done my Lord Senator MottiKhan. I am now a member of your most insidous empire. Now I feel like I am where I belong at long last. May evil, chaos, death, damnation, and most importantly, gal civ 2 forum argument over religion and other nonsense continue forever!!! I noticed you are 20th overall - very impressive. And on suicidal difficulty also. Clearly you have mastered the ways of evil.
(Citizen)MottiKhanAugust 24, 2007 16:18:37Reply #3 LOL! Now THAT's what I call evil! You should join us in the Tyranny of Evil Empire. Yes my Lord. That is actually the perfect empire for me as I love sporing every planet out of existence with the Korath. Time for me to shed myself of the Sentient Data Network (gay).
occam's razor What? Can you explain this theory? The simplest explanation is the right one? Certainly this doesn't always apply? Someone might say the reason a bug flies is because little buggy buggy flaps its wittle wingses, when really, a little more detailed but still very simplistic answer is cellular energy conversion in the wing muscles moderated by neurologic impulses causes motion in the wings. Said motion in the wings produce lift in accor
We are a very warlike race. We desire glory and combat. We always have to fight about something. If we can't beat each other in the head, we might as well fight with words. I for one can't wait to die and then try to find everyone on this forum and go "ha ha I told you there is an afterlife! I told you we don't just go to dust!" I told you God exists! (admintingly not so sure myself on God's existence). I can't wait. The thing is, if aeitheism is true and if we die, we just die, th
Antibody, how old are you and do you have a PHD? What do you do for a living? What do you think about Bellack saying no God but there is an afterlife? Why must there be no afterlife?
Ballack, I really want to talk to you in detail. It is an honor to meet someone who has actually had this experience. So basically, you believe in life after death but no God? What makes you so sure that life continues? What if it was all just random chemicals in the brain, and you just thought you saw yourself? What convinces you???
Kryo, Will you be able to design terror stars?
Yes to all. Better planet invasions are a must!
Is it a box or just a CD like the previous expansion? I don't want to buy just a CD without a box and manual. ditto.
Could it happen much slower than i suggest? Well as far as five or six generations is concearned, i do not think it is at all unrealistic that 50% of the population would be insulin dependant, among other things. I gaurentee this won't be true then. Somebody mark this post and send the % of people insulin dependent to mysikmind's great grandchildren to let him know he was wrong.
yawn. you are too intelligent for that kind of half-baked bollox. the likelyhood of a car appearing is zero. the likelyhood of god "making" a car appear is the same. Here is a novel idea. Why not explain to me exactly why the probability of a car randomly appearing without human intervention is zero when apparently there is a probability greater than 0 that life can form from proteins, amino acide, random gases, etc without any creator. <b
if you are interested in the origin of life, look up "catalytic clays" and "RNA world". If you are interested in the after-life and God, read "Life to Life", "nothing better than death", and visit www.near-death.com.
yawn. you are too intelligent for that kind of half-baked bollox. the likelyhood of a car appearing is zero. the likelyhood of god "making" a car appear is the same. How is the likelyhood of a car randomly appearing without human intervention zero (despite millions and billions of years) when apparently it is possible that bacteria can form after a million years without a "something" (God) creating said bacteria? You seem to defeat your own argumen
Oh man, I thought you were developing that MoM 2 type game and then I found out you're doing another GalCvi 2 expansion....Uuuuuuhh! ....Atleast this means you're finally done with the GalCiv serives for atleast 10 years. How about telling us exactly why you dislike galciv2 instead
I want to kill the piece of dog do do who invoked the council of nicea. Ever since that blasted day, the single greatest lie ever perpetrated throughout human history has been spread. It is the lie of all lies. The lie that you must accept Jesus or go to Hell forever. Eternal damnation is a lie.
This part is wrong also. The Old Testament Scripture was written before the birth of Christ and the Gospels were written within the living memory of Jesus. Living memory is that time extending to when everyone who has known people who knew of a person or even have died. The years you are thinking of are actually when the Bible was compiled. This is what the bible says. You are basically saying the Bible is true because the bible says the bible
Here is why I belive God created life. A car would never just randomly appear in the woods unless humans created said car. You couldn't just throw the right amount of raw aluminum, steel, etc. in a giant cauldrin, mix it for a billion years, and ever expect that a 2003 Pontiac Vibe will magically pop out of the bowl. Kind of like how when you drop a bunch of playing cards onto a table, they would practically never magically all fall into a perfect deck. No, humans (the creator of a deck of c
We plan on updating the planetary invasion screen for Twilight. Thank you Sir! Always good to hear straight from the top. Any details?
I really dont like the Solar System destroyers. Not what I expected from Palpatine. Guess you never know some people. Was it all Vader's idea?? Now that you mention it.... Some galactic emperor you are....
I thought that the pop display meant all "able bodied, ready to be used" population. Not ACTUAL (civi) population. Think of it as people in military or civil service. They can be put to any use, and will be if the situation arises. I think the max pop is 100m. For reference, Earth has 6b, and growing. I'm not argueing that 100m is enough or too much, but that number, to me, clearly represents the military/civil/elite/trained population that can be used for government s
