Will I be forgiven? Will I have the strength to just be patient until I get income rather than selling my old games to Gamestop to get Demigod despite the fact that Gamestop is one of the pivotal reasons for Demigods shaky launch? I am in a dilemna. I hate Gamestop with a passion. I absolutely abhor Gamestop, and not just because of the Demigod Launch Fiasco. I'm a broke college student, and want this game so bad it's rediculous... and like I said, the only way I can acquire t
I just want to add that just because we haven't detected any alien signals, doesn't mean there aren't any. We've only been scanning for less than what 50~ years, which is nothing compared to the millions of years such a signal might take to reach our planet. It is likely that if there was a signal, we have either missed it, or it won't get here for a long time. We can't assume faster than light travel is even possible. Maybe&nbs

Texas Wahine, lol good point. But I suppose we could get creative. We could use fish/ tentacle halloween costumes.... again, low production value, but hey you never said anything about the real deal. Or perhaps go to the local Fish market, grab a couple of fish, and help some mexicans border hop in exchange for face fucking fish in a porno to be uploaded on the internet. lawlll sick, but you asked for it.
Quoting Protocept00, reply 10I agree with Survivorman thus far, or atleast his approach. An alien species would be adapted to its own environment. They may not even have a concept of war, or peace, or trade, or religion, or any one of these or another. They could have have been born unto an extremely docile environment, so years of evolution and growth would/could give them no concept of the "survival of the fittest"
Quoting Protocept00, reply 4I hate those stupid fucking "pirates". They should be arrested. They claim they are all about freedom of information and such, yet they are stealing from someone who puts thier soul into something, trying to make a living. It goes against freedom and capititalism... piraters, are lazy, selfish, dumb, and absolutely immoral idiots, who deserve to be shot. Get a fucking job, and quit being the pieces of shit that y

I actually think it makes sense to have multiplayer and single player favor points seperate.... Seriously... are some of you people stupid? If you combine the two you can just noob rush easy difficulty tourny getting favor that way. No skill involved in that, sorry. Seperating is good. It seperates the good and bad players online, rather than rewarding the players who sink more time into the game but suck. Skilled players would generally have more favor points, but not necessari

Besides. I'd rather my son or daughter watch porn and relieve their sexual tension alone and in their own privacy, than getting pregnant, or perhaps turning into a serial kilelr all because they couldn't relieve themselves. FUCK THE FEARMONGERS!
I struggled with pornography for a long time. It was something I hated, and something I wished it was near-impossible to find. But just how hard is it to find porn? Not. Despite the fact that it should be behind an age-gate, many sources of porn run it behind no protection, or minimal. One site is incompatible with firefox, so porn can be accessed without any age-verification.And age verification? "Are you 18?". That's all. There are a few sites I've visited with full

Moosetek, I am not religious. However, I do have family members and friends who are deeply religious, mostly Christian or Muslim. I have encountered many christians who have stated that planets outside our solar system is not possible, because God created Earth and the rest of the planets in the solar system to show us "his love" for us and that we are special. They obviously know that isn't true now, as we've discovered over 320 planets outside our solar system to date. Not to mentio

Killforcash, that is true. We have no idea until the day it actually happens, or if it does. Either way, it is going to be a wake up call for the human race. I agree that ascribing human traits to an alien can be foolish, but alas, it is all we can do until we learn more. No matter what, we can atleast determine whether they are Warlike or are Peaceful. The two fundamental human traits that animals also have as attributes. And conaisering that technically, using our models of science so far,

Darth, dumb comment. You realize we once thought planets outside of our Solar System never existed? We've found OVER 320 planets to date. The Kepler mission hasn't even started yet, and we've found that many so far. Kepler is purposely going to look for planets similar to Earth... we've already found a planet that exists within a habitable zone (which is a section in a solar srystem where liquid water is capable of forming).
There's actually some very convincing mathematical arguments in favor of there being no other intelligent life existing in our portion of the galaxy. Based on what we estimate the makeup of the galaxy to be and what little we know about nearby planets in other solar systems, the chance of life forming independently on other planets is almost 0%. Research projects like scanning for radio signals (SETI) and othe

When, and if we ever discover life outside of Earth it is going to be extremely monumental. It will be a turning point in human history, thinking, and most definitely religion. At the moment we have not discovered life outside yet obviously, and has anyone ever thought about the wake up call this is going to bring when we do? Think about it... whether we find intelligent alien life, or microsopic bacterial, all the worlds religion and faith in those old religions will be question

Newegg has the game for 35 bucks new, but... even though that is enticing I still would rather give the money to the developer/publisher. Thing is, I prefer having a retail box as opposed to just strictly a digital download.. and I can't afford the collector's edition even though I'd rather have that. The bad economic times have really screwed me over.

I don't condone piracy, but you might as well acquire the game through other means than purchase it through eBay. If someone sells their game on eBay they're still able to play it online, and they get a partial refund in effect...so no, definitely don't buy from eBay!
Thanks for the reply! I don't really want to buy Demigod off of ebay, I'd rather give the money directly to the developer. So I'm just asking out of curiosities sake. If someone already registered the serial number under one email address, does that mean if someone were to buy it off of ebay they couldn't register the game to another email address? Or could they? How would this work...

THANK YOU!! Frogboy keep it up, all your hard work is much appreciated man. I'd love to keep reading the updates, it's very nice to be able to talk about problems face to f-...er... well, computer to computer and get things done. You chatting with us and letting know what's going on with the games keep us (the customers/consumers) more informed and thus more interested in the game, the company, and develops a mutal respect between Company and Consumer. Awesome! Makes me want DG even more. :) I'll be picking up my copy Friday. Glad you like it, keep posting updates like this so I can get a feel for what's it like playing the game for the first time. I hadn't really played DotA either, I tried 2 games, but what was not very fond of it. It reeked of being extremely unbalanced... I mean... over 50 heroes? Screw that, that's over excessive and not practical to balance. I like how lean and slim Demigod is, very tight and balanced. I look forward
