Oh I definitely agree that customers need to be respectful as well. I can't stand those customers that have no empathy at all for the employees. For example, one time, at Jack in the Box, they were really busy and were unable to do things as quickly as this one customer wanted, so the customer went out, and got his phone and made sure that they knew he was calling the customer service line. Why do people like to be rude?

Well Joe, I'll agree with the first reason. If somebody needs to take care of a relative full-time, then I could respect them dropping out of school temporarily to care for their loved ones. However, the rest can be done while in school. People do have jobs while still in school. As for college, if these dropouts are so smart, they should graduate high school with flying colors and get scholarships. 1) Transfer to a school that has advanced or AP courses. What if they aren't learning anything in college? Do they then drop out of college and go to work? What if they learn nothing there? Quit and retire? 2) If high school is so easy for them, then they could do those things (including taking college courses as I did when I was in high school) while still in high school. However, for type D, there still is no excuse. They might be unhappy with their current situation, but if they're not going to accept it, then I would much rather have them be on the streets then forcing their bitterness onto others. Yeah. Blacklisting is a bit too harsh, but they still shouldn't be working with customers until they're able to be polite. I don't care about their circumstances simply because I'm sure there's somebody else that wants their job that wouldn't be such a jerk. Of course, if somebody simply just had a bad day, that's more forgivable then somebody that is chatting with their friends when they should be working.

I might be mistaken, but aren't there plenty of games out there for the PC that involve skateboards (i.e. THPS is out for the PC), cheat codes (i.e. IDKFA), and ultra-violence (i.e. PCs are the founders of FPS, one of the most violent genres out there). It's not the dropping out part that's equivalent to doing nothing. It's the not doing anything with their life that's equivalent to it. If they have reasons to drop out, like they are John Connor and must stop Skynet, that's different, but usually they don't.

People are forced to do many things. How many American men were forced to "sign away their free will" by registering for the draft? Requiring those applying for welfare to take contraceptives doesn't take away their free will. They're allowed to deny the contraceptive and forget about welfare. Although I disagree that people in poverty or on welfare are dumb, I do wonder why somebody wouldn't have a high school diploma, so I could agree that dropouts are dumb unless they dropped out to do so

I don't really care much for PC games anymore, simply because I'm not in the mood to keep my computer up-to-date for them. Also, with the power of Xbox Live, I also feel that anything I wanted in PC gaming (i.e. mods, online gaming) I get in consoles now. Of course, I think there's an area in which the PC would do well is 2D gaming. Besides the Game Boy Advance being the only real competition, I'm sure many people miss those games!

I've always felt forced contraception would be a good idea too, but as you already mentioned, there would be many people against this. Although they'd say it'd be cruel to do that to a man or woman, I feel it's more cruel to allow a man or woman to breed children for more welfare. Maybe, so as not to punish the people who only need welfare to get back on their feet, forced contraception should only go in effect if the recepient has a child while on welfare.
