Here's a Year 1 victory on a Gigantic: I couldn't have pulled this off on Immense. I'll have the Year 4 score later today. I'm pretty sure this is the best Year 1 score I have ever had.

Using a very simple macro coded with the AutoRecorder I saved an hour in one turn. First off, thanks to Robert Hentschke for mentioning this gem: http://www.autohotkey.com/ My biggest beef with this entire series of GC2 games is the drudgery that is involved. As far as I am concerned, the Fun Factor is severly diminished by the endless repitition involved in populating planets and manually buying ships. Even Stardock personnel have gone on record with a similar statement when they announced the Planeta

It would be easy enough to populate tiles so long as the player starts with the same buildings in the same order of availibility every time. The trick is going to be getting the correct structures on the bonus tiles. This color-recognition could be the key.

Do you use in Planet/Ship List, Civilization Manager or Colony Management? Is it as fast as manual (ignoring lag)? Do you activate in game with hotkey? Yah, you assign a key(combo) of choice. A simple example to chain-rushbuy the first item on the colony list would be
End:: Loop { <

I would like to welcome our newest Senator, Vigilante , to the Twilight Pub. I have a sneaking suspicion that there will be some major conquests in his future! Now for more on the V2.03 "patch". I have had serious issues with the game locking up while using this version. I have bravely decided to reload 2.03 and see if I can get through a geme using only one planetary governor. Stay tuned for the results of this visionary effort.

I believe you are thinking about the Tournaments. Sign on via the Tournaments button instead of the Metaverse button, and you should be able to access these.
