It seems to work with two PGs at once. I have one that is a Money Maker and the other one is a Ship Builder. I did notice that it automainc puts buildings on the right bonus tiles like farm building on a farm bonus tile. Have you seen this done too?
I've neer had a problem with the PG overlooking the bonus tiles, but others (Vista users?) have. The BIG BIG problem the PG still has is this: It adds buildings that you do
More bad news: When I researched the Intensive Farm tech, the PG starts building additional farms. This wastes my time when I'm playing, and there is NO excuse for not having fixed this bug. I've pointed this bug out on several occasions. Why, in Jesus H W Bush's name, did you folks not fix this?
WooHoo! Now there's a Director's Cut patch too! http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/The_Witcher:_Enhanced_Edition_Director%27s_Cut
Sad that the metaverse is obviously worthless due to the fact that high standings can only be achieved through exploitation.
Apparently, you lack a functional understanding of this game. Exploitation, backstabbing, trickery, and betrayal are the fundamental components of GC2. The game is intentionally designed to crush you like a bug if you play "fair". The AI is not going to play "fair". The scoring system do
If you turn the Mega Events off, there is not much reason to "scum" other than attempting to preserve an econ boom. I've scored 700k+ with Random Events shut off as well, so it is very possible to climb the ladder using the cards that the game deals you. The real secret to scoring lies in generating a monster military score. Once you get some experience, you won't make any mistakes, and will not have need to reload unless you really want to. That being said, it is still wise to set th
My current inclination is this: Set up a very simple global PG that you can apply to all planets, then set up some other PGs that concentrate on manufacturing, research, and economics. as planets complete their initial PG, assign one ofthe others based on the bonus tiles. Also, it is probably a good idea to make a couple of different PGs that are designed to take advantage of the farming bonus tiles. I have not tested more than two PGs yet, so more research is in order.
Now that v2.03 is out, I'll start revising the offsite forum.
I'm very happy to report that, with the Torian tech tree at least: 1) The game no longer crashes when using 2 different planetary governors; and 2) The PG does not allow one to construct multiple structures that are intended to be singular in nature. I tested the Aquatic Transport Station and Diplomatic Translators.
Get the box from BestBuy, or someplace similar. You get bonus disks and some nifty books. The box comes with 1.4, but you can download the patch. I did not have to activate the Enhanced version to play, either. Having played other BioWare-engine games, I can say that this one is the best yet as far as graphics go.
Good news for fellow Witcher fans: http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/1.5_patch

When I first read the OP, I honestly thought that Stardock had undergone a fundemental change in their attitude towards their customers. Now, at 5:51 pm US Eastern on July 17th, I see that I was gravely mistaken. I'm also remorseful and humiliated that I could be so easily "had". Fine. This is what I get for listening to apeasers and not following my gut instinct. Wonder why I bought Fallout 3 instead of SoSE? or, Why I'll but Starcraft 2 instead of Demigod? Be
I don't think there is a limit. You may have to post them in the order that you started them, but I'm not really sure about that.
Enjoy it while it lasts, piehole. You'll be handing it back by COB this Friday. I'll leave the character here when I win. It is a condition of the bet. If I end up with a Pink Avatar next Saturday, I'm holding you people at Stardock acountable.
Quiet useful. Besides accention is quiet a dull way to win, nothing beats the thrill of Crushing one's foe beneath ones feet. then again same goes for allies and anyone foolish enough to think your litteraly are their ally. Some wisdom from the War Council: It would appear that the ascension victory may score lower than a military conquest: I'm going to go back and replay the end and see what the difference is. ~a short time later~ 196K difference in score. Well, I guess it will be up to Orpon and myself to elevate the Twilight Pub to the positions currently occupied by the Gerontocracy and Hueco Mundo. Is your traitorous new member only going to play the "good" alignment from now on? Not that I'm bitter or anything. It was only 2 Million %(#)# points that the ingrate cost me when he left. No biggie. Really. I'm over it. Mr. Sooooo Moving on, that's me.

Nothing spectacular about this score, just bumping the thread:
Here's what would be happening right now if GC2 had multiplayer: 1) Multiple complaints that other players are "too slow". 2) Multiple complaints over "rage quitting" or other players saving their games and leaving (Rage Saving? [e digicons]o_O[/e] ) 3) Multiple complaints that some race is either OP or UP. Remember, it takes up to an hour for players to complete some turns. Just imagine the frustration of playing against 9 other players in an Immense galaxy.
