working as intended. be thankful you get to keep the item and just suffer the cooldown. what would really suck is if you didn't get your potion or scroll back.

yea, silence does stop items. yet another incredibly useful feature.
now he's entered the penis measuring contest stage in which he tries to challenge people to 1on1 games, under the principle that a victory in game gives him unlimited bragging rights and instant respect.
my recommendation would be to do a barrel roll.
if yur oppnent iz dum than u can lok flag and he will just not no wut 2 do it works gud imo
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antipasto spelling. ugh. also, antipasto is a type of salad WITHOUT vegetables. ugh. so...how's that Oak build workin out?
he didn't spend more than my overall final build, he just spent more than 5700 gold (which is how much the first 5 items cost). the reason i selected the items that i did has to do with the synergistic interaction between health and armor. each point of armor makes each point of health a "bigger" one. there's kind of a sweet spot for maximum effective health and the build i provided is very close to that sweet spot. i've tinkered around a bit to try and optimize and tha
the basic Ooze health item package is this: Banded Armor Scalemail Unbreakable Boots Nimoth Chestguard Hauberk of Life those 5 are the first you'll generally buy and they fill up your 5 slots. it costs 5700 gold. you'll probably sell off the Banded Armor for Narmoth's Ring when you can afford it. you may also sell off Scalemail and replace it with Platemail of the Crusader or Groffling Warplate or maybe even Godplate. <
i think its important to keep in mind that there are several different varieties of ability that interfere with the enemy's ability to use their stuff. also need to keep in mind that its not just enemy spells that you're looking to interrupt. item activations (particularly of consumables) are VERY easily interrupted. thats one of the main things you try to do with interrupts actually. 1) Full Stuns - Mass Charm, Foul Grasp, Boulder Roll, Frost Nova - pre
i think South Park still has the record on "Shit" though, 162 times in 22 minutes. nice try though but I wouldn't be calling the Guiness Book just yet.
inadvertent pun on Pesto, a type of sauce made from cheese and herbs. inadvertent confusion of Pesticide (kills pests, small animals that damage your crops) with Herbicide (kills weeds that interfere with your crop). language misuse abounds. funny typos. what's a Zechno anyway and why are you afraid of it? back on topic: I don't like the build. seems confused. Not sure if its a minion bui
for all we know Foreshadowed doesn't even own the game but just decided this is a good place to troll. please, just ignore him.
Zechnophobe, your criticisms are accurate on a point for point basis but are lacking context, which is the only thing that can determine whether or not a pure build will outperform a hybrid build. in general, the hybrid build is much more self sufficient. its got higher dps, is better at killing enemy dgs, is possibly the best 1on1 duelist in the game (maybe Sedna or Erebus competes but not much else has a chance). the differences come out in development schedule and te
the strongest 2 man team that i've used (or played against) is Oak+Sedna in the hands of skilled players. extreme durability and killing power combined with amazing interrupt ability for control of the battlefield. can't touch em if they know what they're doing. also truly bonkers late-game power since we all know how Mr. The Oak gets around level 15. complaining about Beast (or any one other Demigod) just suggests that most of your game time is spent in disorgani
Pantheon is kinda busted, thats true. have you tried a custom game? its extremely easy to get a game going that way, rarely takes me more than 5 minutes.
Pure Ooze has passive skills. Some mix of stats, claws, and/or inner beast. the build is generally less self-sufficient than a Hybrid build but is much durable and "tougher than he looks" due to the passive skills. alot of people have trouble understanding the context of use for a Pure Ooze build. it requires team support. it definitely has much less killing power than a Spit/Ooze hybrid so the main thing you end up doing is helping out in team situations where yo
Skills: rank 3 Bramble Shield rank 3 Ground Spikes rank 1 Spike Wave Items: Cloak of Night (Favor) Vlemish Faceguard Unbreakable Boots Banded Armor whichever mix of Idols you like with the remaining 3400 gold (i'd get priests and archers preferentially) the idea is to support Oak's high sustained damage output with Ground Spikes while keeping you both alive with Shield. the armor debu
according to the AMA, pulling out is NOT an effective method.
i'm just gonna go ahead and toss out the [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] sorry, somebody had to.
if you play a high mana item build (probably stacking Vlemish+Plenor+Unbreakables for early game) you can definitely just spam Pounce and Heal without much difficulty, the occasional combat mana pot will be more than enough. that level of mana allows you to basically think of Heal as being similar in certain ways to a passive health regen boost. a big one. 85/128/171/214 health per second by rank if you can cast it every 7 seconds. not sayin
confused by this build. why get just Heal 1? and why not get Silence 1?
i think the Heal Over Time potion is a fantastic idea Obscenitor, good call.
not sure anybody is knocking the build as much as saying that the post contains very little useful information because it describes a final outcome with no regard to the much more important process of getting to that point. the game IS the process. the way you level and the order you spend skill points and gold in is the heart of build strategy. omitting that is taking all the relevant information away from your build.
subtracting out very old titles (more than 18 months) and also subtracting out genre and audience mismatches like Sims and casino games this is the list i get. 1. WoW: Lich King 2. Empire: Total War 3. Spore 4. Left 4 Dead 5. Demigod 6. Fallout 3 7. Dawn of War 2 8. Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor so for the target audience that Demigod was designed for its doing pretty well.&nbs
what convinces you that 2 beasts is the best possible team of 2? i tend to think its mediocre at best compared to a highly synergistic team like Oak+Sedna or Beast+Rook.
