And if you going to up the difficulty level, i would recommend playing on a larger map anyhow. Its a little easier to recover if you goof something up and your borders arent as close.
If you loaded the Gold Edition, when you start the game theres a button on the bottom of that first screen that says "switch chapters". Push that button. It switches you between DL and DA.
I have seen very little in the media about Tibet or other cases such as Sudan.
Which is unfortunate, but that's because someone suffering 2000 miles away doesn't sell as many papers or demand as much TV attention as someone suffering across your street or in the next state. Getting into the media aspect of it all is an entirely new can of worms to open.
Ah, gotcha. That does make sense
I just go to Metaverse--> High Scores ---> type in "Sunburn" on the "search top player" line and it pulls him right up. Is that different or easier than doing all that stuff posted above?
And I would hope you dont feel you are truly forced into an all-X strat in DA to compete or to be "optimal", because that is really not true. I rarely use that sort of strategy and usually play a more balanced approach and really don't see it as sub-optimal. They all have pros and cons.
I do believe the game is "tested" on smaller maps, so yes, playing on the larger maps will probably increase the chances of seeing weird happenings like you mentioned above. Although, a few I don't understand what you are getting at. The Drengin Super Ability is based on number of ships you have and somewhat based on the number of opponents you have (since more opponents = more opportunity to declare war) Map size doesnt really matter other than the fact your ships can reach the oppon
I got through almost 2 pages before I zoned out, but I do want to at least point out a few things... Edix said:
Oh and I have read the bible too. "As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand." - John (ch. VIII, v. 44)
I don't know what "bible" you're reading, but if you are referring to the "Bible", or what most would consider the Bible, John Chapter 8 verse 44 says nothing of the sort. Funny enough it is

They would rather you defend it ...Or move your political capital around for the morale bonus until you have time to build proper happiness structures. ...Or move the political capital around to make it easier to flip planets due to the influence boost (although I like that exploit) Are those be
I didnt see a Stealth-X. Are those on there anywhere?
AH yes, it was Madagascar I was referring to, not Zimbabwe. My joke fell flat on its face. I still hate that damn island!
Then it would be the skeleton crew required to pilot the ship ))
You can right click techs to get a description. Until you learn which techs are what, and where they are on the tree (which wont take as long as you think it will), having a list somewhere to look at isnt a bad idea, either. For autopilot option, double click on the ship in question, and it will bring up a list of things you can tell it to do, like auto-survey, etc. If you just want to turn autoPILOT off, click on the ship to select it, then right click on the ship again to turn off t
I like the answer "He's the pilot". That's a perfect answer ;)
1. Techs are pretty much set in stone what the AI will pay for them. The higher your diplo skill and the lower the AIs, that amount will shift in your direction. BUT, the more the AI has in cash, it seems the more they are willing to pay, so if you see the AI only has a few hundred BC you might want to wait to try again later. 2. You'll have to turn auto-pilot off and move the ship to the anomoly, then turn it back on when your done if you dont want it to "jump" to the next thing like
They will usually pay for aquatic and heavy gravity, but not barren or toxic
And if I were going to guess how many competitive Metaverse players there are compared to customers who don't care about the Metaverse . . . Thanks, I've actually had that for a while. Longer than Neilo in fact ;)
What city is that kitty from?? Looks like Xenia. Where is that?
Yea, I rather liked quite a few of the Star Wars games based on the movies. Battlefront for sure, but also some of the older games like "X-Wing VS. TIE" and there was FPS game that came out a long time ago, Dark Forces maybe?? As for movies based on games...thats quite a bit harder to find good ones. Tomb Raider was "ok". Maybe Mortal Kombat. No, wait. Not Mortal Kombat...
Economy economy economy. Whenever you are trying to decide what to build next on a planet, if you arent sure what to choose, choose an econ structure. As for your homeworld, I would try NOT to build trade goods on your home planet. Put labs, factories, or econ buildings. Put your trade goods on some other secondary planet. make your PQ 10+ planets manufactoring/research planets. Anything under 10, unless strategically located, make it a econ. planet, lots of banks with 1 fa
English lesson #1: Saying you are a Nazi (even though I can guarantee you I am not) is not racism. Being prejudice against someone that you interpret as being racially or intrinsically different from you is racism. By your reasoning, if I admitted to you that I am made of juicy, plump sausage parts, then I would have to ask you, "Please do not say you are Polish, because your people stuff me into sheep intestines and eat me"...and that's racist!
