Obviously, he's the Yuuzhan Vong. The Yuuzhan Vong are the mean guys to the right.
I would think so, too. If you've read or know anything about the Star Wars expanded universe, I'm *pretty sure* the little bird thing kneeling on the left is Vergere, who was an Old Jedi who trained Jacen Solo. Been a while since I read those books.

The psionic weapons are evil techs from xeno ethics. The beam tends to be the best since its 12 damage, but it costs 150 per weapon. This is basically a game ender, especially on medium or below map sizes. Typically when I research xeno ethics and design a ship with psi beams, I'll fit 2 of them on a medium hull and top it off with an engine or 2 and some minimal amount of defense. On your average game that results in you cranking out a warship with 24 attack power, while your AI is still m
Who posted your bail PlayJeff? And how did you convince them to allow you internet access? ;p ;)
And this is why evil is awesome. No Mercy Invasion Center, and your invasion tactics worries go away...
Only problem is by the time you build a No Mercy Invasion Center, you can usually afford the invasion costs.
One trick I like to do (when tech trade is on) is give all the minors your econ techs. They tend to focus on building econ capitals when you give that option to them. Then when you capture the planet, you get an additional econ capital. Just make sure you build, or are building, your econ capital before capturing theirs. If they have one built, the planet will usually be in the positive cash flow side of things.
The only real problem I have with the even is the above. If they have that many freaking planets, build ships and cause troubles...
Not sure how the race is treated in terms of game play, but it might take them a while to get going because the planets they steal might be money sinks, etc. They probably dont have the same racial bonuses to economics, morale, etc. They might not even start out with 5000 BC like the other races do. So, yeah, they steal a lot of big indust
Andreashanson: If you havent done so already, during your game go to options and adjust your autosave to do so every 2 or 3 turns. You'll thank me laters. And, I think it was done in reply #2, but I'll add it again here. You need the obligatory "Turn off mega events". Thats standard for any reply where something bad happens because of them. Also, on a side note, I remember reading a while back that mega events and "whatever the other event thing is called", seem to
Hahah, I like that name..."personal massager"
Oh sweet, thanks guys. I always assumed the chapter meant the campaign
So, I've never played anything but DA. I purchased the Gold Edition thing, so I *think* I have DL also ( which I need to earn a racial medal). How does one go about changing DA to DL?
Does she have this one? EDIT: I removed the image. It was a Hello Kitty bong. I didnt want to get banned or anything for posting a image of drug use. If you want to see it, PM me ;)
Actually, I don't know if it would be best discussed here, but are there any differences in the invasion tactics as the game is right now? Meaning, are there any UNIQUE invasion tactics in TA? That would be a good way to differentiate (sp) the races. The Yor could have some kind of robotic airstrike tactic, while the Iconians use some obscure precursor tech-weapon or something

I have a "bug" thats happened about 4 times now and I got a game saved on the exact turn it occurs. ALL my ships, when I try to move them, say they are out of range and must return to friendly space. Even the ones in orbit around my planets. They have full movement points, but they wont move...anywhere...even if I try to send them somewhere I don't want them to go, there is no "friendly space" anywhere on the map. How do I go about posting/emailing the file so you can see it for your
Technically every time you win by diplomatic victory, so does the AI...at least the ones you ally with ;)
Yeah in the galaxy set up, change habitable planets/number of stars/number of planets up to abundant and see if you like that better. Or try a medium sized map...
why is this here twice?
Its the crappy way "fleets" work. Split up your ships, attack him again one ship at a time and watch what happens.
Starcraft runs just fine on Vista. I have had no problems with it.
They are also fun when you are playing as the Drengin or with the super dominator ability. Especially when there is a LOT of minors. Just declare war on them over and over.
Ok can someone explain to me how Humans manage to share the secret of hyerdrive with all the other races.
They used an ansible...thought everyone used those. Mine's pink, and it's bluetooth capatible and can hold up to 30 mp3's at once
And once assigned, you'll have a private forum at the Core ( www.thegalacticcore.com)
I think you'll see rather quickly how powerful your "trades" will become. Super Diplomat, if you have the patience and time to do all the trading is insanely powerful. As for tips on the trading screen, if you're REALLY picky, just remember to round off any trade you make with cash from the AI. Also, dont underestimate the power of trading for warships. Not only does it increase your military, it obviously decreases the AI's AND you have immediate ships in enemy (or future enemy) ter
There was a game that came out a few years ago that was kinda different and meets a lot of those points. It was random (sandbox), it had a decent AI, but it wasn't turn based, but it wasn't what I would called RTS either. I think it was called "Majesty". One of the ways it was different was that you couldn't "make" your units do anything. You had little peons that you could have build your kingdom, then you had heroes who would show up. But if you wanted them to actually do somethin
Official...that word brings thoughts of Blades of Glory to mind. If your a Will Ferrell fan, you'll get the joke. Heres my (official) entry for round 6!
