I use tga where ever and when ever I can over bmg mainly because I don't have to do as much fine tuning (MP) with them. If you want I can show you how tga's are made (at least the way I know how) it's pretty easy.

It looks like those white lines are the cut edges, also don't forget the separators (which are white in your ss). You will need to retouch all of them.
