So...? Current prices are 1.50 Euro per litre. About time you caught up.

Any chance for per-order using PayPal? I hate the fact that we can only purchase tokens by multiples of 10, as tokens are supposed to be fading out in the future...
Sadly, no. You can, however, disable all victory conditions except the military one.
That pink is actually at the BACK of the ship (compare with thumbnail) and is just an unfortunate choice for the engine colour...
What exactly is the glitch?
You also have to take into account that weapon size scales with hull size. AFAIK missiles scale the least, meaning they are more effective on large / huge hulls than beam weapons.
Well, I always said: The newest Office was developed with XBox controllers in mind. :P
... everyone has a 1 month holiday!
Releasing another game is hardly a holiday... Especially if that game due to its nature has a much more pressing deadline.
Update your video drivers.
I remember that thread... That was the reason why I wanted to found a company in some strange country with bizarre holidays. :D
AFAIK star colour was never linked to planet habitability. (MoO might have done that, though.)
On beginner, the AI most likely doesn't know about the danger of Influence. On the subject of Mars - just be patient. How fast planets flip is a bit random. It could happen during the next few turns, or you could have to wait a bit longer. You'll see the red 'rebellion' symbol next to Mars before it happens.
Wouldn't matter anyway - the Terror Star has no weapons, so it will always be destroyed by an attacking fleet.
That's actually a valid strategy, I think Mumblefratz perfected it. ;)
I wonder... Are you actually able to write a single post WITHOUT insulting anyone?
After events such as the Ramstein disaster, it's surprising that Aerobatic airshows aren't banned in more countries.
If you want the story, play the old campaigns. You can do so in Dark Avatar (it loads Dread Lord campaign as well), but not Twilight. The campaigns simply aren't designed to handle the unique tech trees and other features of the last expansion. Personally, I never played the campaign beyond a mission or two during beta testing. I guess, if you just want to know the backstory, load them in the campaign editor and compile a print-out of the briefing and debriefings. ;)
Yes. All the stuff you purchased in SDC is still available. Impulse and SDC are just methods of delivery, both accessing the same central server.
Well, the fog colour is fixed, as far as I know. Maybe it's stored somewhere in a .dxpack, but I doubt it.
Dread Lords and Twilight play quite differently. I'd start with Twilight right away, it also has a couple of interface improvements that make playing much easier (such as various automation setting for ships).
Sounds like either still the beta or an installation of the release over the beta. ;)
You mean, the UI isn't made to handle more opponents. I remember Brad stating that the AI and game engine would have no problems with that.
The next game will be the fantasy not-MoM, at least that was the latest information. And as that is planned for 2009, I guess that by the release of GalCiv3, everyone WILL have a new computer anyway. ;)
Planet types are hardcoded, unfortunately.
Correct. You can check this yourself in the TA map editor, maximum planets per star is five.
