I'm in the same boat as you, waiting on my new glasses. I did get new frames though. Thank God for optical insurance. I only paid about $500 for them. I got no line bifocals, new frames, and polarized sunglasses that stick to the lenses with tiny magnets. Without the insurance, they would have cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000. Are you making the taskbar one frame or two? If you make it two, you can get the stitching on the top of the bottom one (first frame) and the bottom of the top one (second frame). Of course, then all your layers will have to be 2 frames. Your taskbar height is going to change according to what your text margins are set to on the taskbar buttons. Change the name of the main substyle and delete the others. That's what I do. Having the substyles in there already is pointless, IMO. I'd rather make the skin and THEN add my own substyles, it saves a lot of work that way.

I get that too. By the way, the text in the address bar for IE8 is controlled by the Window Text color in the colors section....which would change your text everywhere. I sure with IE8 and IE9 were skinnable like IE7 was. [e digicons]
