Ive played X3 and i didnt like it at all. I had bad graphics, difficult controls, and a very complicated HUD. If you really dig the space fighter genre, try out Freelancer. It was made in 2003 and i had a really fun time playin it. The space scenery is really cool and the controls are simple to grasp but with a lot of small things to make it great (countermeasures, missles, lasers, turrets, thrusters, and tons of wicked accents [e digicons][/e] ). It even has a multiplayer just

How about we stop complaining about end scenes on forums and play sins miltiplayer? Honestly, there aren't enough people playing online. Support the game that your conversing about!

Lol sorry I was a little frustrated that I have to tamper with my sins files just to enable a basic part of the game. It makes me uneasy since I got the download only game and it takes about 6 to 7 hours to reinstall

I wish I could have that thought of "too much playing". Honestly, I can't play more than a few hours on singleplayer. I'm gonna have to lower myself to the_monks little forum fixer *sniffle* but i doubt it will work considering not all people not multiplayer have followed his steps so I will probably get minidumnped. Yay!

Yeah I just expected the patches to cover it. I mean, I thought that ironclad was really trying to influence multiplayer so they can have a continuous fanbase. I think thats why there is only about 1000 people (my little guestimate) playing multiplayer. I dunno about you guys but i just get kind of lonely after a few hours of sins. Or am i jsut too emotional? :SNIFF!:

Ok, i finally tried to play sins online. It was one of the worst online expiriences i've had in a long time. First off, i couldn't host a game (which i was okay with cuz thats wat happens in starcraft). Then, when i actually did find a game, 10 minutes into it the game crashed. Appearently this is extremely frequent in sins online. So frequent in fact, that players even gave it a nickname called minidumping, which is when the memory dumps itself and the entire game crashes. I tried

Aright I was about to play multiplayer sins and it asked for a cd key to make an ironclad account. I digitally downloaded this game and im not sure were it is. Do i even need an ironclad account to play multiplayer? Cuz i tried clicking on multi player but all it gave me was LAN games....

Myrrdin is right, but what will really be curious is if space travel is as easy as what you guys are talking about, imagine how much groups of religous sects buy a ship and travel deep into the galaxy. Its happened before with the nina, pinta, and santa mariah to the new world (america) or the mormons traveling to the great Salt Lake (Utah)

Ahmaddinejad has the popular vote, but not all of it. Even though crazy things like homosuxuality is banned in that country and yes, the president does not believe in the haulocaust. But the country still has democracy and conflicting opinions. Iran is a little similar to us actually(in a sick, sadistic way). We both have tyrant presidents. But Bush is at least a puppet, not a muslim fasict. And our president can golf!

Ajackal, i like your post. I never actually thought of uranium as such a scarce resource... so much for nuclear power being "renewable". Honestly I think windpower is the way. Were going to ahve to sacfrice a LOT of acres, but it should provide a lot of energy. But Ajackal, what do YOU think is the solution? Diversify in all energy sources or focus more on R&D? On the nuclear note, America is in the process of passing a bill that will revamp all our nuclear warheads (basically

At the current consumption rate of coal we will have enough coal to last us 48 years everybody. For gasoline its about double that. Now i'm not saying its a crises... but some people should definatly return their hummer 2 with 9mpg (RON LUGGE). You know, ghostwrs, in Europe it costs $7.50 a gallon... consider yourself lucky you get to loose $25 a day. If alternative feuls ever indeed replace fossil feuls (like in Brazil) then we will stop being so nice to Saudi Arabia. In my o

Well what are you suggesting Prastagus? Another american civil war? This is the technological age! The days of massive wars and are over (meet the days of massive "conflicts"!!). Nuclear weapons keep large nations from invading any other nation and the UN makes sure of that. You guys have to be realistic! The only shocking thing i've noticed these days is how Darfur is still raging on. Here we are, at man's golden hour and we still have mass genocide... tisk tisk.

Yeah, I guess I agree with GeneralEltrius but honestly, the 2 party system is crap. Listen to George Washington and just have everyone different. Once China will loose Tibet (IT WILL LOOSE TIBET) it'll collapse in on itself like a newtron star because its way to impoverished and dependant on imports to actually become "the greatest nation". We have 13 times higher GDP than China and that country isin't even number two in terms of that statistic. Japan has 4 times larger GDP then China!
Battlenet is also pretty good. There are so many different varities of maps to play in starcraft (Risk, Lotr maps, golem madness, random movies, defense games, survival games, cat and mouse, etc..).Same goes for Warcraft 3 (Dota, Hero wars, RPGS, etc..).And Diablo 2 is just plain addictive (used to be).
Battle.net is the main reason why starcraft is so great. 50,000 people still play sc brood war and sc vanilla on battle.net just because you can create your own games

An RTS/TBS game basically has two elements. One, it needs some sort of campaign map or overview. The other element is... well fighting. Gunshots, rayguns, whatever. The Total War series was one of the few games on God's green earth that seamlessly integrated TBS with RTS. Starcraft 2 isin't going to be innovative WHATSOEVER. It will basically be the same thing as Starcraft 1 and I LOVE THEM FOR THAT. You guys aren't realizing that they are basically taking one of the greatest RTS of al
