Such things should be said with the caveat that you need to have sufficient processing power to make the DX11 processing requirements inconsequential. You can be CPU bound with a Geforce just fine, it's a little harder, but not that much harder once you factor in a CPU intensive game on top of it. You'll get killed if you think you can maximize a 980 Ti on a 5 year old cpu in games with high load to begin with.

The list of potential junglers is narrowed down to the high sustainers again too, not being able to pick both sets in a mastery tier hamstrings the capability to sustain with non-standard junglers, and the items have been gimped hard. If you're a gamer, 10 is an eventuality. If you're using other new technologies with poor support in 7(which wont be getting improved because it cuts into their sale of the new OS) you have the same problem. 7 is end of life already, they wont be fixing things like flaky M.2 drives. Not sure what to expect here... Abrams/Kurtzman/Orci did the epic Fringe, but then their last Trek movie was just ass. They're either severely hit or miss, or they just can't do reboots without torturing us with terrible reworkings of the old classics.
