The current OSX has less market share in the PC environment than Windows 8 does. Microsoft isn't losing market share to Apple, they're losing new markets to Apple. They're a footnote in the smart phone market, and getting creamed in tablets even after Surface. What they're losing market share to in desktop computing is Windows 7, even 8.1 has a bigger market than Apple does in it's entirety. Windows 7 is the plurality still, and com

Working with an OS to get used to it isn't the problem with Microsoft's recent releases... I was copying winamp playlist files over to duplicate my music environment on the laptop yesterday. A simple thing, yes? First I had to unhide the folders so I could actually move things into them, which is yet again, located in a different menu than previously. Microsoft has gotten progressively more paranoid about attempting to keep use
You should totally ban me again, having things so certain is disturbing, it takes all the mystery out of living! I've been avoiding it like the plague because it's on a laptop(I'm going to have to travel shortly so I bit the bullet and bought one of the infernal things...) but it shouldn't take much more work for me to neuter their stupid security nonsense, and aside from Edge, that's the only thing giving me grief since I can get around those stupid
That's not a hassle? Your GUID will change as soon as you switch out some hardware, making you repeat the process when you up reinstall most likely, hassling you again.
Nothing is free. Win 10 comes with the hassle and bloat of upgrading an OS instead of a clean install, unless you buy it.
Planetary wheel going away is nothing but a win. The design of infrastructure already rewards specialization, compounding that just made the game broken with horrendously powerful specialized planets.
Aside from the mandatory updating bullshit, my only problem with Win10 so far(aside from that ass browser it shipped with) is that I had to use third party software to unfuck it's start menu. It's nice for SD that they get a guaranteed sale of Start10 any time someone marginally intelligent switches to 10, but it's not so nice for those of us having to use the OS... The security nonsense, I configured on install because I bought a copy
I do not recommend Bard at lower levels... He might be okay in gold, but down here in silver, people tend to blow each other's ults up...
Well, it's only serious purpose is as a collectors item. :) Any mediocre performance case for a hundred bucks will match or beat it's cooling capabilities, and you can spank it big time with something like a Nanoxia DS6, which has sound dampening and support for truly epic cooling setups inside a case with enough room to make performance motherboards weep at their inability to fill the 19 drive bays.
As I asked in the other thread, there is a 2GB and a 4GB version of the 770 GTX, do you guys have different ones?
It is the CPU, but it's because it's good, the problem is in reverse guys. The FX 8350 should perform extremely poorly compared to a 2500k under the right circumstances. The more that CPU is taxed, the more poorly it performs on the logical core level, down to about 50% of what it should be. If the benchmark is taxing both logical cores, then DX11 is getting a little more than half a physical core, and a single 2500k core is more pow
I believe the fundamental problem with DX12 was driver based, not some architectural problem. Much of Nvidia's lead over AMD has been in massively efficient drivers, not just their superior hardware. Efficient drivers that get around design problems in DX11 don't help if you fix those flaws for DX12. Their lack of asyncronous computing is the only major problem I know of, and according to people that know, it's a driver issue, not a hardware issu
You can't? Strange, with the sections being a counted entry in the player files, I would have thought you could increase/decrease. Regardless, you can change the size of the blocks. So you have the entire defense page to fill up. ResearchScreenData in the player files, play with numbers to expand the size of the blocks.
All tiers? So Bronze V too? If so, that would really throw off the statistics. There is a dark place in EloHell where 4v5's and even 4v4's have their own meta. Using statistics that poll those games would be slightly suspect I imagine.
At all tiers, not all tiers combined, even just challenger games are averaging above a 60% win rate. Lolking has a breakdown by tier, as well top item picks, unfortunately they do not l
It doesn't just sound good on paper, it performs quite admirably according to the stats. Ardent Censer has a 60%+ win rate at all tiers, just above Zeke's, and a 79% win rate on Morg in particular, beating Zeke's handily. It's not often picked, but it's often a winning pick. I think you're over-valuing the boost from Zeke's. It's potentially less damage than the 15% AS late game, both for AD builds and on-hit builds, and the 20% AP for y
Take your example, and branch it out, you want to pick between better shields and hull, but you also want to pick between better antimatter regen and movement speed, and better weapon range and damage. You have three sets of decisions, but only one faction ID. Once you pick one of them, you're no longer the starting faction and can't pick any of the others. You have to make a tree, one branch point at a time. You have to add a
You can't control it though, if you're on the defensive, it's only potentially useful. If you force an engage when it comes up, and get crushed anyway, it's burning a hole in your wallet for no reason. It's an "I'm already winning the lane anyway" item, which is probably why it's got such a high win rate and such a low pick rate. Ardent does not require lane control, has the same CD, better mana supply thanks to 100% regen instead of a flat 250, a
Yes. You need to use a legacy function put into Rebellion for when factions were chosen in game. In the prerequisites, there is a RequiredFactionNameID "" you can set to require the starting faction to research Hull 2 and Shield 2, and then have them both change the faction ID to something else. Prerequisites NumResearchPrerequisites 0 RequiredFactionNameID "" RequiredCompletedResearchSubjects 0
I would think that depends entirely on team composition. If you have a Malphite, you should be following him in, and wont even need one to get it off, if the enemy team has Malphite, you're probably going to want to be counter engage, which means not being the guy Malphite goes in on to start with, so it's probably not critical then either. I'd say Zhonya's, and accompanying magic resist and general tankiness, is necessity when your team lacks some
Well, it goes to crap as soon as they're available primarily because they're not balanced in a static fashion to start with, they're worth far more than you can otherwise fill the space with. Bumping them up to huge hulls would make it happen a little later, but what good is another 20 turns in the big scheme of things?
Fighters simply need balanced in a static fashion(they're not at present) and then removed from duplicated mass influences that give them an exponential growth curve compared to the multiplicative growth curve of everything else. Limiting them to huge just means the game would go to crap at huge.
Note, Joe Rogan/Milo Yiannopoulos conversation is seriously NSFW at times.
Computer upgrades almost always hose you for as much or more than retail, if they're actually charging retail, they're on the low end of things.
The CDR was secondary for me, it's the 20% for actives that I was really after. I typically end up with at least two as support, some times three, and zipping around the map with the extra movement, along with the active from talisman, is pretty nice.
Looks like a pretty good review to me. It's in depth, from someone that knows the series but doesn't get hung up on their idiotic changes to the IP, and right in line with the last two scores if not for the rushed buggy state. You might think the game is great, but great hasn't exactly been the normal reaction. Steam is mostly negative, and metacritic has a 5.5 for the user rating. 40 is a bit low, but most of the reviewers are being kind,
