This may sound odd, but Photoshop. :) It's all about the wallpaper for me first!

I think I like the window design even better than the start menu. Looking VERY good.
That's actually roughly how it started out... but my mood, I guess, has been rather grey recently. When its released, PM me, You get a copy. Good call. I couldn't go as 'white' as u may have liked, but I'm digging this more than the grey now.
The purple and cream color looks excellent! I think this works better than pure white would for a lot of reasons. <img src="http://web.sta
I would like to see this happen. I even plan to enter, though I am pretty sure my skills are not sufficient to win :D *dusts off windowblind design and starts thinking of how best to build it*
Very black, very red, very nice :) (I'll recolor the red personally, which is easy in WB but I love the details so far.)
Looking pretty smart so far! May I suggest ditching the grey/silver for a more pure white or perhaps a cream color? My two cents, you are the master after all :D
I did not know this fact. Good information 2of3!
i think i already have the object destop/object dock are one software right? am more interested in deskscapes.
No, they aren't the same. ObjectDock is not part of Object Desktop. Object Desktop DOES include Deskscapes, WindowBlinds, IconPackager, Fences and some other things as well. It does not, however, include ObjectDock.
In general you should probably avoid asking on Stardock forums (the makers of the software) how to get a pirated copy of the software. There are free trials you can download legitimately to try the product out. After that, it isn't expensive, you might want to think about legally getting a copy :)
Eat the cake, drink the punch, blow out the candles and all that. Or as the disco queen would sing... Celebrate good times, come on!

CHROME has finally done it! After using many browsers, I have found this one solid, lean looking, cool is style and easy to live with. Has an easy setup and the layout for options is user friendly.
I've got the same opinion regarding small mouses. The one thing that's been bugging me lately is that I used to have a larger mouse, one made to sort of adapt to the shape of the human hand, that came with two large vertical side buttons. It was a cheap Genius Optical Netscroll something mouse. Thing is, it broke after a few years of abuse(at one point it was cracked open, it still works, but it missfires like mad), and when it ca

Just an FYI, Norton blocked the download site as a known bad site. Not worth the risk to me to try it out.
OK, while that is disappointing at least I know it isn't my doing something wrong. Thanks everyone!
I have created an iconpackage. Painstakingly. Several times now in fact. I get it the way I want it, save it, ZIP it up and can install it and load it. All is well. Until I leave it alone for a bit. Then the icons just change on me for no apparent reason. Specifically the CONTROL PANEL icons are getting reset to the Windows default ones and several file types are getting messed up. I am at my wits end trying to figure out if this is user error or what. Can anyone shed any light on what I migh
Well deserved Xiandi :) Congratulations.
Some seriously cool (and really varied!) skins this last week. Kudos to all.
My only advice is use it a lot :) Like any new input device it is tricky when you first start. The hardest part in my mind, is getting used to the fact that the tablet is the ENTIRE SCREEN in size, no matter how small it is. This means your hand/arm needs to learn new range of motion limitations and gestures to get fine control. Once you get a handle on that, you should have more luck. At least I did!

I was 'hoping' it wasn't quite that simple...as that is the function of Fences ....
Actually, is it the function of Fences? For some it probably is, but I certainly don't use it that way. Rather, I use it to automatically place icons in a fence and to have the fence not appear unles
Looks about perfect as far as a replica goes!
One word: Pipboy I have attempted this twice on my own to an epic fail both times. You're very talented, I bet you'd make a winner! [e digicons]:wc:[/e]
A way to do this is to alter your start button graphic to be wider... in other words, add some space that is transparent on the left (and right if needed) side of it and then place it where it is now. Keep in mind this would mean changing every image in the start button strip (as well as the glow if you use it) to make them wider. And I like what you have showing there so far, keep it going!
5 million is a pretty big number. Good job [e digicons]:w00t:[/e]
