I had a really bad experience with a player the last couple of days. This individual would crow and insult us every time he got a kill. I really only got one screenshot since the only way I could figure out how to take one was to print screen and paste it into a photo viewer. The worst part of it is that my partner in this match had only played 2 games before this one. The individual in question continued to go on about how pro (s)he was and how everyone else should gi

It's true, I was neglecting gloves and playing more of a straight support role. It has been easier to kill enemy DGs with gloves... Well at least when they're not a rook. 8) -- Tukulis
I'd love to hear from some of the better QoT players on this topic. Come on, I know you're out there. -- Tukulis
I'm fairly sure the armor debuff will stack. It doesn't matter very much, however, because QoT can't really deal out damage. At least not enough to make a difference when playing against a good player. Max burst damage we'd have around midgame would be max 500x2 from ground spikes and 500x2 from spike wave. Grand total of about 2k. By midgame, even Reg has more than 2k hp. Might cause him to back off. Then he comes back with HP items, and we no longer
With QoT's patent inability to get a kill on all but the most careless player during the middle and late (possibly early as well) stages of the game, it seems very unlikely that a double QoT matchup will result in a win. Rather than directly confront enemy DGs, the pair could avoid a confrontation and simply be where ever the enemy is not. This can hold things even for a while, and even result in the QoT pair destroying structures and leveling effectively. However, this stra

It's good for a laugh, but there should probably be a check to be sure the tech researched is actually a cultural or economic one before pairing it with this report text. I've only really played TA, so I don't know if this is a lingering bug, or if it's been this way forever.
A couple items I would like to see in TA. -- An additional slider in the 'Galaxy Setup' phase of game creation that would allow you to adjust the average quality of worlds. I find myself thinking how interesting it could be to play in a larger galaxy where there are very few high quality planets, or a smaller galaxy where there are very few higher quality planets. -- An additional slider in the 'Galaxy Setup' phase of game creation that would allow you to adjust the amount
