Dont know about the tournament, but if it lives up to out expectations, I can guarantee it! LOL
Hehe, what wrong with that? Can´t someone sneak over during their release party and take som pics? LOL
hehe, Come on now devs, dont be shy:) :CONGRAT:
Now when the release of GalCiv is approaching there is and important matter to discuss! You need to publish on this website.. PICTURES of all the happy people in the GalCiv team doing there best happy-faces! CHEERS :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: /Andreas
At the bottom of the galciv website there is a @ where you can send mail to the the developers. The game will come out in Europe as well, but not on the 26th I think, we will have to wait awhile, how long I dont know, but hopefully not to long! /Andreas
300 votes on the poll, ever been that many? :CONGRAT:
I will buy it, download it and burn it on a cd..
Well, the first question I cannot answer, the second one I can. Due to the immense time the devs have put into GalCiv they havent had time to do much about the forum. But an updated forum is on the way, so just hang on ;)
1. EU2 (Everyone who havent tried it.. DO IT NOW) 2. Civ 3 3. HoI (after patching) 4. Caesar 3 5. Alpha Centauri 6. Moo2 7. Panzer General Where GalCiv ends up I can only truly say after the release, but I bet it will be in the top 3 :) /Andreas
I agree completly! After I wrote my 5 suggestions I sat here for about 30 minutes thinking, or more exactly, staring at the wall trying to think and all I could come up with is either already in one of the Star Trek episodes or in some of the rpg games I played... Hmm LOL
Wonder: Monument of Unity. Building a monument of unity improves relations with all other good civs. It also gives your civs citizens a sense of pride and belonging and therefor improves productiona and happiness. It could be in the shape of a fist holding up a piece unbroken of chain. /Andreas
#14 Supernova (a little more realistic one) The sun of one of the majors civs home system destabalized and will go Nova in X years. #15 Mirage: In a sector of the galaxy a solar system appears, noone knows were it came from. The planets of the system are good (18+). When the first race arrives and disembarks (colonyship) the entire system changes, the once good system of 18+ degrades to more normal levels (12+) and turns into the home system of another race (another event), the colonis
thanks Fredrik, but I changed my e-mail and now it mysteriously work LOL
Hmm, When I changed e-mail at my account in wincustomize.com and entered it (the one I changed to) in the create account on stardock central it worked, my old adress was a hotmail, could this have something todo with it?
No validation e-mail.. I log onto wincustomize.com and change my e-mail there to se if has any effect.
btw I think you have understood my idea of the "colonization" game perfectly ;)
1: exactly 2: Well, lets try somethjing else. The world is created as a large landmass only populated by small kingdoms (lets make it fantasy for now). These kingdoms are from the beginning ruled by either the devs or an AI. If you would let new players in at the top directly then it might turn into chaos. Lets make a short story about what I mean: Lets say that Player A just bought the game. Player A thinks "WOW COOL, im gonna be REALLY evil an conquer the entir
OPS, didnt mean for it to be a link :) Dont press it, I dont think anything will happen though.. justn in case LOL
Sure, here goes. I start Stardock and are promted by the "Create Stardock.net account". I fill in my First/last name, nick name, e-mail and password. If I just click "submit" without entering any info in the "proxy settings" (I leave them all blank) then I get the message "failed to update account information" And if I fill in any info in the "proxy settings" screen I get the same message. The only thing I know about my connection is that we connect to the net through
Well, I couldn´t log in, the reason is that I am using a university broadband (in my room). The broadband has a firewall and im using a proxy I think, the problem is that I have no idea what the port is or what kind of username and password you are refering to. So thats a bit of a problem, I guess you are not the guys to complain to for not knowing my port and so, but is there someway to find out what port/username/password is required? :notsure: /Andreas
I havent seen you before Nakor.. hrm.. may I inquire to just who you are? ;p
Well, sim planet is not quite what I had in mind, Sim games a generally to....cute for me :) I am having a much darker story in my thoughts.. dark, rainy, no hope, that kind of thing.. Hehe, what a coincidence! I have actually been talking to my firends about the EXACT SAME kind of game, a game were you start out as a RPG type of game, and work yourself up, and if you are proven potent enough you are set to rule a nation, this would be hard to do but here is one idea. The
Isn´t "Terror Star" an evil tech? LOL
