^ this is something I think has a lot of Merit. The Shadows and Vorlon would indeed have longer build times, the Vorlons much more so. One way to limit expansion is to have high tax costs with low population growth along with expensive and long build time vessels. The shadows should be along this line albeit a certain factor less. Are you playing on a speed setting that is faster than Normal? If so you are essentially doubling the amount of calculations your CPU is having to do in the same amount of time ... on Normal and even on Slow speed settings I have not had any problems. [e digicons]:S[/e]

Major Stress a year ago I would probably argue with you on this point but looking around not only at work (which is starting to finally switch over to true 64-bit Win7 systems) as well as other gamers, it is true. I still run a Pentium D 3.4Ghz Win7 Pro system (which plays sins beautifully) but I will upgrade when there is a reason. Sins 2 would be a reason. Outside of graphics cards computer hardware is relatively cheap in price for what you get. It's impressive.</

I'm not so concerned about the naming scheme as we can already rename our ships and our planets. A longer name box would be nice however. Custom name lists should be an option for Mods though I do not believe they are necessary for vanilla sins and it's expansions / rebellion.

Currently I change the name of all my Ships and Planets in game. :-) My favorite title as the Vasari for a capitol ship is to list it as "Ship of Doom!" and send it marching through an enemie's gravity well!
You know ... I've recently decided that I much rather prefer the BT-2 to the BT-7. I'm not exactly sure why that is but perhaps it is simply the matches that I find myself in with the BT-2 seem to be filled with smarter people. :-P
