As a proud owner of a new G5 I must say that that Konfabulator looks and runs much better than DX for me on Windows Media Center . The Widgets blend in so well with any desktop choice where as the Objects in DX can look very gawky and obtrusive . I have not had much luck with Objects at all . Either do not work at all or max out CPU for a simple mail checker . I have tried many but now only will use Icon X because of the constant battle with DX objects . With DX loading at start up I had lots o

I have noticed the same thing,,Every since the WC Browser update Explorer has been booting into the high thirtyz here.Usually boots into 22 to 27k.I have tried everything I know--no luck. As for the Object Dock issues,I have just discovered by telling the Dock not to magnify solved many of my problems with it. The Exploder.exe is strange though,,It happened right after all the updates last week that required re-boots after install.I think there were 4 of them in row.Soon aft

Naw,just sit tight and have fun with what you have. There will be a fix soon,I am sure.Have you tried playing with the pre-sets,as in open with Notepad and adjust settings manually? That seems to give me some form of normalcy.I can't take those Iconz anymore either.

I can tell you for sure,,there seems to be a issue with IconX right now.I noticed it about two or three buildz ago. There has been a few post on the DTX NG and confirmations.I have received an official Stardock support email telling me to keep a heads up for the fix.It iz coming. I really don't think going to a lot of trouble right now to create a fix will be worth your time and efforts.I am sorry to hear of your trouble and I hope you have a work around. You can still compute/function,eh?

Be very cautious,Lord.I had the same mindset as you by keeping my Sony Vaio plugged in just because I was near an outlet.Big mistake.Within a year I was buying a new battery-450.00-burn me Sony Dollars, for lack of conditioning my battery. And if you really want to take it from 100% to less than 20% very quickly just plug Anything into the USB.From the sounds of your first post yer battery may already be done.Have you checked lately.Defiantly keep your battery healthy. <A HREF=
