EA is currently working on a card based game similar to Demigod. I'll stick with the real Demigod :).

You're fine. Demigod will not need more than 2 GB of RAM. Unless a game is compiled for 64-bit, it probably won't support more than 2 GB without a hack/patch anyway. The requirements on a box generally take the operating system overhead into account.
Third picture: Ooze Life steal Soul steal Vampire conversion Vampire Lord skill abilities confirmed!! ...plus there's two extra skill slots. I assume you wouldn't add them if they won't be used.
Why don't you post your system specs? You didn't really give us any information to work with.
Good read. I'd like to reiterate my request for no sliding or fading menus. Menus and should appear instantly. Clicking a button should take you to the next screen instantly. Fading transitions have become somewhat of a fad, but they're consistently more work for something less functional. Apple, I'm looking at you.
Bits from American mythology (Aztec, Incan, Mayan, etc) would be a refreshing change of pace as well.
30-40...such unrealistic expectations :(. I'd rather see 12-16 with a more refined and diverse skill set...diverse enough that two teams full of the same demigod could fight and no two people would play their character the same way.
Spore comes out September 7. I do hope it's out before then.
Where are you guys getting that they scrapped the Oak name. Wasn't he a giant walking tree? Vampire Lord sounds nothing like that.
Vampire Lord and Sedna. That brings the confirmed number of Demigods up to 8.
If they can't have truly random maps, what about the option to pick a map at random? You can add and remove certain maps to the pool from which the game picks.
GPG said it's something they'd like to implement, time permitting.
Big _its?
That's a really good idea Odit. There's no reason the Demigod battle planet can't have a moon.
OK, I played around with the logo in photoshop. It definitely looks better as it is.
Giant walking turtle where you fight on the shell. The turtle walks around the scenery (immitated by moving the scenery instead of the playing field).
I would not recommend this. All the Demigod artwork is property of Stardock and GPG; this is a clear violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. I would pull these down ASAP.
This is only the proverbial tip of the proverbial iceberg of perfection for me. If you think you have seen inane beta reports before, wait until you see what I dish out.
Good call. Shouldn't the left one be beveled too for consistency?
Black shirt with a Rook looking over his shoulder. No logo or anything, just the Rook with no description (kind of like the Supreme Commander T-shirts with the ACU). I will pay $15-20 for one.
andrew_, is there any chance the Last Post info on the forum view could be changed to Last Reply info? Last Post is often useless to tell if there's new conversation to engage in.
The bottom-left corner of the left D has a right angle corner, while the bottom-left corner of the right D has a slanted corner. Is this intentional? (Yes, I'm that OCD.)
We'll miss you Scathis! Hopefully we'll see you around the beta as you check how your masterpiece is progressing.
The animations look spectacular. From the mere glimpses we have, they seem to rival the face animations of Halflife 2. The two second clip of the Unclean Beast walking looks completely realistic. The Rook also looked awesome. Many games have problems with sliding feet, or the illusion of walking isn't complete, but that's non-existant in Demigod. Keep up the good work!
