It is out and will never be added because the team considers it a silly, overpowered, wankish super-ship that was added to the Federation lineup for no good reason.

You should probably consider ditching Entrenchment and just moving to Rebellion since it seems with your limited progress you really won't have to re-do that much work.
Known issue, will be fixed when a proper model is made for it.
Not really. The Atlantians and Empire both end up out-teching the TCA and then ruining their day with ridiculous capitals like ISD's and Kronuses. SamazRalan really did overkill on the Imperial tech tree. That thing gets ridiculous at later techs. Makon, any plans to expand the TCA tech tree?
Oh sure, and I'm very appreciative of all they've done. I just think that there's really only one way to win a Sins game, and that's by blowing everyone else up. Sins just doesn't have complex victory conditions or any room to do true 4X-style negotiations with opposing empires. All I really want changed in this mod are some better particles for combat and ship, structure, and starbase build costs and speeds adjusted to support large-scale war that isn
TobiWahn, one thing you really need to consider is that you're making this mod for Sins of a Solar Empire, which unlike the TV show is extremely combat-oriented. I am not saying the show is bad or that the way it presented itself is bad, merely that compared to the show combat is the main focus of this environment with everything else taking a back seat to allowing a player to vaporize his enemies. There are few options for diplomacy and almost everything you can do as a playe
As someone who's deepest 4x experiences he's ever really enjoyed have been Sins of a Solar Empire and the first Sword of the Stars and their expansions and mods, do you guys think I would enjoy this game?
That's exactly what I was suggesting you do, so I'm good with that. :P
You should probably check out Wargame: European Escalation.
No offense to you guys, but particle effects "just like the show" are probably a bad idea considering the extreme age of the CGI graphics used in that show. They were big and flashy at the time, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't make those exact same effects today. :P Making higher-definition and yes, flashier particle effects that are inspired by the show is probably a better idea IMO, especially since compared to the show this mod's focus is definitely on the space c
Those "FFFFFFF" letters are hexadecimal color codes. Someone more informed than me can tell you the formatting they're in. Also, the weapon effects are .particle files stored in the Particle folder, and beam glows are texture files stored in the Textures folder. Seriously, this is basic Sins modding here...
This seems more like a breach of the Fourth Amendment and its protections against unreasonable search and seizure than the First Amendment and its freedom of speech protections.
I'm with Kamamura_CZ for once in my time on these forums. StarCraft is not an enjoyable RTS at all for me, not when I can have massive land, air, and sea battles in Forged Alliance or experience the interplanetary fleet battles in Sins of a Solar Empire. When I feel like something smaller I play mods for Dawn of War: Soulstorm (for anyone interested, you're going to love the Soulstorm release of Firestorm over Kronus/Kaurava :D) or Company of Heroes where no, my infantry s
When dealing with illnesses though, no news means good news. I'm glad it isn't something more serious.
It should be in the format of Player .entity, where is what race it is in-game. There should be Player.entity files for PhaseLoyalist, PhaseRebel, Pirate, PsiLoyalist, PsiRebel, TechLoyalist, and TechRebel.
the level of trolling only concludes one thing: I'm in the matrix and i want out
You can leave whenever you want. Just take that red cyanide pill. :P
I also greatly enjoyed the original StarCraft and Brood War and was subsequently disappointed by Wings of Liberty, so I really can't justify spending any money on a sequel. Also it appears that Tricia Helfer is still voicing Kerrigan, which is a bad, bad move in my opinion since I can't be alone in associating that voice with a personality other Sarah Kerrigan's. :P
I don't know about the first one, but the second group of errors is because you've given ships weapon damage values in an arc that doesn't have mesh points set up for it in the model. To fix those errors just go into the mesh files used by FrigateTechScout and FrigatePhaseScout and add proper weapon nulls for the left and right arcs.
Can we at least please keep one section on these forums troll-free? I rather like the lack of stupid and inane behavior in here.

SimCity isn't just service-enhanced though, IIRC. I think you actually run your city on their servers like it was an MMO or Diablo 3.
Nuclear fission is actually extremely clean with proper recycling of the waste products. You can feed an insane percentage of the wastes back into the reactor after they're recycled.
Myfist0, a thread where aspiring modders ask for help is not a good place to air your anti-Steam sentiments. However, as I happily own and play Rebellion, I shall help him. Palaisy, open up English.str in your mod's String folder and do a search for "TEC Loyalists". All text in the game is controlled through that file.
TEC Loyalists have planet-based defense cannons. That's probably why.

I just hope there's a lot of companies involved in the cybereye busines
