First and foremost, all those smileys in the DxDiag info is hillarious. Spyware Doctor and WindowBlinds dont always play nice together. There are known false positives with it detecting portions of WindowBlinds as a threat (specifically wbsrv.dll) which may be the underlying cause of some of your issues. Also, out of curiosity, what are your DPI settings set to in Windows?
There are definitely e-mails sent out. Just ask the select few who get CC'd on all the responses, especially if they started getting them at 5am on their BlackBerry that doubles as an alarm clock....not fun.
Office 07 and WindowBlinds have not been the best of friends, especially on XP where it does its own skinning thing. If you're on Windows Vista you should be fine.

You can also try installing through Impulse (http://www.impulsedriven.com/) which will get you the latest updates and tends to do a better install job than the standalone installers.
For the most part, the reason these apps aren't 64 bit ready is that they haven't been updated since a time when 64 bit was more of a pipe dream than a reality. RightClick will most likely be updated in the future. WindowFX's fate is still to be determined...
Actually it's always been done this way. If the subscription is expired, you won't be able to use Impulse/SDC to download. You can get the archives by writing to support, and then restore them with Impulse/SDC.

When it comes to Object Desktop, Stardock Central is probably best to avoid. Updates to Object Desktop apps are'nt going to be available through SDC in the future, and most likely something installed through it today is an out of date version. Currently, Impusle will show you updates to any software it detects you have installed, whether you have the registrations/subscriptions to get them or not. Is it asking you to restart Impulse, or the computer? Also, is the update that is not working for Fences, or Impulse?
Had it been a while since you had updated Impulse (read:moths)?
What was the issue you were having with Impulse? We'd be more than happy to help you work out whatever is causing the problems. From your post, it sounds like you just installed IE7 to install Impulse? Do you have any other Windows updates to install? Impulse is reliant on the .NET Framework, and it may be that you also have some updates, and probably service packs, for .NET to install as well.
Sounds like something glitched in the Impulse update process. Had you not updated Impulse in a while (read:months)?

This issue has been around since the early betas of Fences. Iirc, it has to do with Windows also hiding the non visible Window that the fences actually reside in, or something to that extent. Haven't heard any reports of this yet. So you're using no fences at all? And after a reboot, all your desktop icons are rearanged?
Also, did you install from the standalone or through Impulse? If through Impulse, try verifying the install by right clicking on the WB entry in Impulse and selecting "Verify Installiation"
