that's why you collaborate with other people in making a DX theme. You handle the graphical eye-candy side of it, and get somebody else who knows, and is willing to do scripting for you. ^.^ That's usually a good way to pick it up, too.

feline: instead, like a perfect gentleman, you simply hid under leonine's skirt for many hours, playing with her legs and tail *sighs* Yes, unfortunately, at times I -am- a gentleman... It's a failing I have - but at least it's a /cute/ tail! Wonder how it would look dipped in chocolate... feline: actually, we never did get around to trying the ***HUG*** and ***TICKLE*** laser out on fuzzy. perhaps you would like to be present for its test firing? Woohoo! Sounds li

Study the great Essorant's 'Chiffre'- which is, in my opinion, simply the greatest Windowblinds skin to ever be made. ^_^ (Like your amiga skins too, BTW - I just /hate/ the Workbench look. Even when I had my old Ami 500, which I loved, I loathed the Workbench. ^_^)

feline - *leonine* *innocent expression number 27* Erm... 27... 27... 27... /me grabs the handy Pictionary of Innocent Expressions.. 25..26..27! Uhm... uh-oh... feline - *leonine* you are the one who climbed under a ladies dress... Hey, hey! Now, I just went to hide - and then somebody else decided to do the thing with the legs and the tickling and the other stuff - and... wait.. you're right - why /am/ I complaining? ^_^ feline - this lack of coop

"Spanning comes in handy when putting a program onto a floppies. Why not a disk? It is a re-writeable thing." *grins* So are CD-RWs. I don't even have a floppy drive any longer. ^_^ Well - I guess I can say I do - I have a removeable LS-120 module for my old Thinkpad, but I've never once used it. It has an RW too. ^.^ (Just a relatively harmless and pointless observance from yours truly!)

"just call me a guinea pig." Well - not that I really want to contribute to this - when you consciously make the choice to run a beta, or even worse, alpha level program, that's exactly what you are. When you choose to run software like that, you /have/ to realize that Bad Things (tm) can and every likely will happen. If that's a problem, or you can't handle it or anything - you don't run the software until it reaches a stable, release level. ^_^

*laughs* JCG - I've run LiteSTEP off and on since its release (more off than on, I admit.) I know it's a great, wonderful shell - but it just doesn't do it for me. So I seem to give Jafo (well, everyone, really.) as much (good natured,) trouble over it as I can. ^_^ I'm perfectly happy with blackbox - to me, that's shell perfection.

feline: *leonine* sets about ***TICKLING*** kthxbye with the tip of my tail, while my legs wrap around him, holding him in place!!! Eeeeep! That's not nice at all! Evil! Evil! And yet... oddly enjoyable at the same time! ^_^ feline: yep! and so far, it seems that YOU are the one who is going to get tickled!!! Just watch it! I tickle back! Really! Well... except when I'

"But for the better? Thats the question, isn't it?" Given the alternative of the old single console screens? (without mucking things by say, bringing DesqView into it...) Yeah. Very much so for the better, I think. ^.^ If for no other reason than I can have multiple console windows open at the same time now and watch each of them simultaneously! ^_^
