@obscenitor: yes, I realize that exchanging Pantheon for Skirmish includes a lot of effort.
What I would really like to see happen is for them to just allow light/dark to fight against each other and for players to earn points for their team, like a sort of fantasy football type approach. So say a side with UB/Oak/DA beats Rook/Regulus/Sedna, and respectively they get 190/75/125 and 40/40/90, then light would get 75+40+40+90, and dark would get 190+125.
Th
JOIN LIGHT SIDE NEXT PANTHEON. It's a functional solution. If you do that, you will get games going reasonably quick. That's what I'll be doing.
As obscenitor points out, there are actually more light side Demigods than there are dark side Demigods in the current Pantheon tournament. The best solution would be to bring back skirmish and scrap pantheon.
Not to be picky Spooky, but I'm not sure you can rely purely on one source for definitive definitions for argument purposes.
Language is a living thing (coming out of living things...). Meaning of words change over time and for "professional" it was definitely the case. In the old days someone who made their living with a particular activity was called a "professional" of that particular activity. This in turn meant in most cases he was very or sufficiently good at that activity
Esuzu: resizing the screenshot is a bit pointless ;). You can't tell anything from that. But basically: the issue here is just that the text size is small and thus generally not that easy to read. It won't change with the resolution.

The DA still has to be careful about it, since he could be in serious trouble after the swap too.
By the way, regarding the "Professional" discussion. askoxford says that a "Professional" is
a person having impressive competence in a particular activity.
and only the adjective "professional" is used with a paid activity sometimes, depending on the context. Personally I never thought that the word "professional" would only describe something or someone where a paid activity is involved. Ev

What exactly do you mean with new stuff? The new stuff gamerking is talking about is only accessible via the official website, in the flash application.
Why is it available in Pantheon? I thought these weren't released yet? If I don't have the mod, why can I join a Pantheon 2v2, when there are 2 DA's?
Because DA is officially released to everyone now. Or maybe just some people.
Yeh I had to make a passworded MP game and just added bots. Not sure if I was supposed to be able to, but I could also add Oculus as a bot, so I had an AI using him.
This has been possible since the release of v1.2.
Hm... they are supposed to explode on death, but all they do is vanish into the ground? Or do they only explode after a certain level.
I can select it everywhere and I did not have a mod for it installed.
Hm, maybe I should track the queues independently on the stats.

Ansonsten wenn zufällig doch kein Spiel um diese Zeit vorhanden ist, einfach selbst hosten.
BadDaddy88: your thread seems pointless. It is very doubtful that you actually do not know how someone could play that many games and thus you probably only want to troll the people who do play the game a lot by questioning their lifestyle for instance. I hope this one gets locked soon.

It's a networking problem. You have 2 networks on each computer configured, according to your description. That's why computer #2 cannot login and that's why Demigod does not work (because for Demigod/Windows it's ambiguous as to where to send the data).
Sorry, I was thinking of the towers that appear here at War Rank 4 (on both sides) Janook actually meant these towers: Of which there are some missing on the Dark side until War Rank 4:
They appear at warrank 4. It's normal. Unless we are talking about different towers here... maybe provide some screenshots?
It seems fixing the Valor flag on Zikurat on the Dark side in Fortress mode has gone horribly wrong [e digicons]o_O[/e]
I think he meant actual stutter.
Heck they could have at least made his pyramid/throne slowly float up and down a bit to give it a sense of depth.
I agree. It looks way too static right now. Sometimes he also randomly bumps up and down, which looks rather silly.
As Makeshift said, people want a balanced team because it is more fun, not because of the rating.
