I like almost all of these. Right now creeps are too powerful for the defenses when fully upgraded. And it's more worthwile to get creeps since they are a PERMANENT feature. You don't run out of them. Towers get destroyed so in my mind they should actually be quiet powerful compared to creeps. I'd say make it so the splash on towers isn't removed but reduced damage. So instead of 400 damage to everything it's 400 damage to main target with 150-200 splash. Makes minions a little more v

Like the changes a LOT. This seems like an item that is really viable.
Furthermore, I don't agree that general's minions should give XP when killed. This would turn the minions into a liability, which negates the point of having minions as part of the general's abilities. Not really. All this makes sure of is that you can't cheese minion swarms and auto attack. You have to actually do cost/benefit analysis when you use them. This would cause people to actually micro and manage their minions a

Mirrors would be hard to do since they would reflect. I'd say have them just shine brightly. This could also be a distraction during the game which could be stategic. A large shining demigod is more likely to be attacked then an erebus which is small and dark. Otherwise the idea is well thought out and a good idea. Probally one of the best i've seen but since they are PROBALLY doing a crystal based demigod for the release of the extra demigods I don't think this wi
Yes but SH0DAN have you ever played in a game like cataract. If you leave your post you really are hurting and normally you can counteract that -300 with the +400 item at the beginning of the game. And lets not forget that pelnors helm becomes more viable as something to get due to this. Basically you are getting the velmish facegaurd and pelnors helm with a favor item and pelnors helm. I say it should get a nice boost to max mana as well. Even i agree that +10 is a little low. You ne
This would be very nice. I've had this happen where all it takes is a wand of speed activation to get out of range because you sit at max range anyway. If they were at melee range you may get 2 or 3 extra attacks off. Plus there would be a sacrifice. You may get hit with towers sooner or faster than normal so there isn't an advantage that is very prominent.
I had a suggestion a while back that the death penalty upgrade at the citidel should also lower the gold/xp the enemy team gets when they kill you. I promise you, after that people would FINALLY buy those upgrades. . .
I've seen multiple threads on this and it is a good suggestion. It should be implimented along with this item.
I was playing a game on cataract and I was regulus with 50% armor vs an oak that was level 18. I myself was level 20 and had ashkandor and around 5k health. Oak sent all his minions maxed out straight at my regulus. Before even 10 seconds were up i was down 2k health. Then oak charges in with shield on and I knew I was dead. Simply they have too much health. If a regulus with 500+ attack with area and .8 attack speed can't kill a horde fast enough before it takes out half your health
Yes I just played a cataract game and I was regulus. Well I got 10 kills evenly distributed between the 3 opposing players and an oak had 10 kills of ONE TB on my team. We ended up losing because of this massive feed to oak. No offense to that torchbearer or anything I think it would be a great idea. Most people have their OFF games and then absolutely suck. I know I do.
Thing I hate most is the fact that erebus ISN'T VERY SQUISHY. Sure he has some give but I've easily tanked a demigod long enough for my minions to eat at him and with over 200+ hps with 7k health and 50% armor he isn't squishy. He may do little damage but the fact that people say he is squishy is false. And trust me I play erebus and oak. They aren't by all means very squishy demigods and the fact that they can send their minions in to harrass you down 1-2k health then charge in by thems
I'd say more like 50% off because even if a noob was to get this it would be useless. And it should take 50% off the death penalty too so you have less time dead. This could make it more like 1k favor but would make it a very usefull item for a suicidal oak or a cap locking maniac.
The all holy/light demigod is a good idea because it more fits with the game. They are trying to be gods so why are they letting an evil guy join. Where do you get that idea? UB, TB, and QoT are "holy/light"? If god(s) exist, they are what they are despite our opinion("good"/"evil") of them. What I dont' like is that erebus can send all his minions which refresh in 10 seconds or so at you and they can easily do 2k damage to you before you kill them all WITHOUT HIM EVEN BEING THERE. I want their health nerfed a little but don't OVERDO IT. I myself play erebus and think his minions are OP at times. Truthfully I think early game they suck. Tower's AoE eats them WAY too easily but then when you get late game and his minions alone can eat a tower while erebus is up a l
So case closed. Just move the crystal. Any questions?
The only set of doubles I sometimes won't allow (mostly if it's an all expert game) is double regulus's. And the only reason for that is MINES. 6 mines is annoying enough but 12 all set together is overkill. Doubles really aren't overpowered it just doubles up on abilities that are usefull on maps. Although I do hate that people say you can exploit the same weakness on each player because they chose the same demigod. Well truthfully you can't weaknesses normally result as a part of th

If there is an evil more sinister side to him he needs a beserk ability with the way the story went. In which he gains maybe double attack and double armor and double regens but you lose complete control of him for 10 seconds.

Before long we were back all the way to our convergence point and I had just switched sides. Sure we had pushed them back but not as efficienctly as 2 regulu
Actually, active slot may work best, since it would be in the same part of the UI as an active slot. I can imagine pretty much any defensive stat boost (HP, Armor, maybe mana) making sense to go along with it.
Yeah I'd say that some active stat boost or some ability to restore 500 mana every minute at will with an instant cast abilities IN ADDITION to the extra slot would be nice.
Just thought of this, and it could be a problem. If all the creeps meet in the middle, then AoE characters are going to be leveling FAST. I was just thinking of how me and my friends played a 5v5 on "The Brothers" with spawn rate to high. I randomed and got TB. I was level 15 when everyone else was 10 . Well this "exploit" has been there since the game was released, and i just found out about it in the game mentioned (behind the times). I am not a hardcore player but yes i see the slight error of my way. Certainly it would have flaged up in beta? It should in theory be simple to move the health crystal slightly out the way so
Good idea but I think it would be underpowered. Maybe add 1 slot and then another slot that is the equivilent of a lesser health potion with a massive 3 or 4 minute cooldown. Instead of the health and mana boost. This would make it useful at the beginning and end. The extra slot gives extra power in the end and the potion is useful in the middle. I'd say if this was what was used it would have to be an expensive favor item.
