He's dead. - It's true. I saw him die. Like those people down there will die. Are you sure you saw what you saw?

I was talking about retraining costs, & why corporates will hang onto Win7 as long as possible. So much so that it's cheaper for companies to flatten pre installed win 8 machines (or downgrade) to windows 7 ( or even buy a new win 7 licence) then it is to use Win8.
My company (in the top 100 of Fortune 500 companies) re

You've got Gas. Whenever anything dies it does 80 damage to anything within 750 range.
Been discussed... What killed pacts and envoy's in multiplayer?
Quoting ZombiesRus5, reply 11It's probably the inverse... If you hit a planet with social improvements with the delierance engine will it spread at the increased rate. Why? I dont understand why should it spread by a brutal amount like 400-500 on a socialized planet.. And those are your enemy's upgrades..
Because the superweapon doesn't generate the culture- the cannon shell doe
If you build the deliverance engine on a social improved planet, will the super weapons' spread rate be magnified by social improvements? What program do you use to batch edit the sounds?
Testing some updates to 1.5 without any DLC content. Looking good so far.

you need to set their engagement range to be local area only. If your building new units at the same time you need to create a fleet with the units stationed there. Set the engagement range of the fleet to local area only. Then set the rally point of the factories to the fleet leader icon. Newly built units will then join that fleet and will be automatically set to local area only engagement. This is one of the few times I use the fleet option online so I do
Had a chance to try out Seleuceia's Unofficial Gfx Patch. I have to say it's a nice addition to Forbidden World's adding consistent Galaxy map icons for planets and of course fixing the planet bonus icons (Ever notice they are all pretty much the cavern icon? ;)). With no game changing elements this is a good mod for people that like the vanilla gameplay. P.S. Need an icon or it's not a real mod <img src="http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5790092/zombie.png"

For those of you wondering why the titan mesh changes are listed that aren't planetary...
*.mesh - glossiness changed on some meshes
They changed the glossiness on the Vasari titans and the TEC rebel titan.
One question: Does the Auxiliary Government prevent you from losing the planet even against the culture? Or does it work only against orbital bombardment/Novaliths?
You can lose the planet, but oddly enough the Starbase will still prevent colonization by enemy forces even though the planet is neutral (assuming it still works this way which I doubt they changed).
This needs to be implemented. Sometimes I just don't want to invest a huge chunk of time to a game, but it'd be really cool to hop in on a 5v5 going on and chat and compare strategies/learn while doing other things irl. While we're on the subject, why do the new versions keep making the old replays obsolete? It's very anti-community imo. These are huge opportunities that are just being thrown away.<br
Sounds like a routing table is jacked up somewhere :(
Remove you router from the equation and see. basically directly connect to your modem and see.
If you survive the initiation process you can actually have a pretty fun time on this forum.

About 15 years...now you can stop wondering..lol
I was more bothered by your lack of insight into software deployments. It implied a lack of experience. I would probably have some serious issues if you interviewed with that mindset considering the size and scope of the projects I lead. And 15 years, as
