Must be the impending blue moon... I lost every match last night too...
LORD-ORION
Maybe we should start upping the stakes around here.... if you lose a game, the penalty is you must host one game of n00b training. You must be polite, show them builds and items, how not to die and be generally helpful. :D
I wish I could get renewal for QoT. :) OMG Pacov Hax. :D
They do it because you might cost them the game... it is not fun to have a potential feeder on your team. Play pantheon and learn not to die. Once you get 50 or so games... you can make the excuse that you win % is low because you only play good players and that you also play assasin side this Pantheon. ;) They'll undrstand.
It is not the best item... but you can make use of it well for dominate game mode and early teleganks. You will be pushed out of your lane early... so you are hugging towers and capping unattended flags for XP. Stack life so no early mana item, so play a low mana build. You should still buy TP scrolls using this.
Rook - Blood or Renewal Demon Assassin -EoM always Beast - Blade of the Serpent always, even for ooze, thanks to Magla for the schooling... you give up something early, but late game without the need for a helm you are rediculously ferocious Reg - It doesn't matter much, but BotS usually, maybe anklet if there is no EB or Oak (rarely seen) :) Sedna - Blood, but I am bad with Sedna so what do I know. QoT - Blood, anklet, cloak of nigh
Quoting LORD-ORION, reply 12 Quoting abuggeredhedgie, reply 9well I think you would pot then sigil? But don't see the point. Pots have short cooldowns and somehow I doubt that Queen can go through 3k hp every 8 seconds or whatever the cooldown is. If you pot 1st, QoT will run away with mana, which means she will come back at you soon enough after priest heal and army rebuild. If you sigil,

Yeti builds are bad compared to other builds, but even if Yetis were "good" it will still be the weakest minion build since Sedna has no skills to enhance yeti damage. (SoF, Spikes, Bite). So there is no viable yeti build against an equally skilled opponent. The "good" QoT build is still bad against people who know what to do. Queen has no interrupt, so they can spend the 2 seconds in battle to use a large pot after both fight to the point of engaging a sigil. Queen needs to run or di
Here's the real problem with Reg: No matter how good a reg is, how well he kites, or how clever he is, he can never, ever kite me unless I let him as UB or Oak once I have my gear. So while it may be frustrating moving through mines, maim, mark, etc. and being perma-slowed, the only reason why they work on me is because I value my cap locks more than negating them. Why? Because the snare cap is 30%. If
He is gimped as soon as you learn to stack armor and health. Unfortunately most people who aren''t "Good" don't ever learn this. A fed Reg is still dangerous when you are down by several 1000 gold... so the legend of pew pew pew perpetuates in Pantheon.
I've not tested it. I wouldn't think so. However, I'd also suggest that the sweet-spot behavior is a bug and should be removed anyway.
Yes :) But considering how bad QoT is, it is currently a fitting punishment if you need to run away from her. ;)
BoTF's hidden power is that it turns into 1200 HPs in every encounter after level 7 thanks to sigil. :) I would kill for BoTS as QoT :D
I am more awesome than 0 games. I have 1 loss with Sedna and am in the top 20 Sednas. :)
Does this mess up her sweet spot attack? Where she is at the edge of her attack range and will hit a fleeing DG once every 1/2 second?
Oh.. and on topic, I thought about this for a bit - I'd personally say disable sigils so that potion use because more of the norm or nerf them as requested by the op.
Like I've said before... Sigil should become a favor. It is so rediculous late game against a good UB with BotS who health stacks and carries potions with ooze. If you manage to 2on1 him to actually threaten to kill him, victory can be snatched away
I hate a rook that knows to have armor. BotF + Scale mail to start is a royal pain. I look at it this way Health = Great against skills Armor = Great against AA A rook with scale mail and BoTF has significant health adjustment in the early game I find. Much better than banded.
Is there an incentive? Then there is someone obfuscating the reality of the situation for their own gain. Pollution = bad Global Warming = a way to feed your friends $$$ Fix the pollution problem first. Worry about global warming 'science' afterwords.
Somehow I don't think Demigod is going to be a big factor on little Timmy's Christmas list.
You're thinking from a "Gamer how knows stuff" perspective. I've run into many new players yesterday. Like "Day 1 N00b" bad. :D Universal advice. "Hug the towers and clench your butt cheeks!" :D
For critters.... 1) Bite 2) Coven 3) Mist or Save (depends if there is a char who needs debuff attention like UB) 4) Bite II 5) Swarm and Coven II (If no mist) 6) Improved Conversion Aura I Continue on with Coven and Bite, with a point in charm to stop TPs. Continue with improved conversion aura when there is nothing else to buy. For Assasain 1) Bite 2) Mist if there is a need, Coven I <br /
OK, I had it again just now. I did it three times in a row to make sure it is happening consistently. I reset the router, still the same problem. I am guessing the NAT facilitator I need is down on Stardock's side.
I tried my mod that puts 1/2 life on life granting items but doubles the regen rate. It makes less tactics, as it's just a bunch of guys exchanging long range blows and dancing around while not exposing themselves. Without being able to tank a flag etc..., the game gets really boring as over exposing in the lane goes from risky, to always certain death. The problem that needs a solution is, how to make other skills and items useful against tank
I pretty much agree with everything said in this thread. I personally see qot as a siege unit. Very good at tearing down enemy defenses.
She is, ground spike is amazing at enabling towers to be destroyed by your minions at levels 7+. :) Buy the 3 level 1 minion idols, gladiator gloves and maybe 1 point in morale. Then apply a level 7 ground spike to a tower with level 1 health upgrade. Why
You should make an alternate section for "Good enough" players. As in, will probably lose against the players on the list, but it won't be an embarrassing loss and you will at least demonstrate you know how to play.
This is the other part of why QoT is bad. You shield someone and they start doing all sorts of stupid sometimes. At least heal requires them to have been stupid first. My favorite is when I was called a n00b for not being in closed mode to shield my idiotic team mate. I mean, that really takes the cake. Not only do you not deserve to be shielded, but expecting me to close and shield you.... So now I only shield people if they can get a kill by chasing, or they
