Apparently the video quality is such that you can't read the tooltips.
Lol. It's all good. I enjoyed the videos. Thanks for that. :)

I agree. There should be a sticky for AARs, LPs and Live Streams. Anyway, here is a thread that has a few somewhere. Let me dig it up: https://forums.elementalgame.com/415530 Give these people some karma for helping out the people that are waiting for the beta or want to see what the game is all about. I remember playing D and D and having characters die. (Too much admittedly. :P) Usually the party was too low level and didn't have enough $$$ to resurrect party members. Resurrect was a pretty high level spell and it was very expensive to get a high level priest to do it for you. However, an alternative was reincarnation. It was lower level and a lot cheaper. The problem was, you'd get something totally random. Still, it was hilarious when you'd get

Yeah, that seems to be the problem. There doesn't seem to be an option to pre order the game because I'll get it for free. If I log out then I have an option to upgrade or purchase Fallen Enchantress. When I log back in, that option disappears. :P

Let your hero fall once too often and they'll (literally) be too crippled to be much use. Heroes that fall in a battle that you won do not recieve scars. THAT right there is an issue. You shouldn
Its absolute blasphemy to make a PC game that doesnt have multiplayer. People play Consoles for SP. Anyone that has ever played games vs People instead of AI cant go back to just play AI... and guess what, thats about EVERY PC gamer. Obviously I will not be getting my online guild, who all spent tons of time playing giant games of Civ 5 together, to buy E:FE now. Do you think I'

Mmmm...ham. :P Anyway, is there a way to pre-prder the game and gift it to someone? I bought E:WOM in 2010 so I'll be getting E:FE for free and it doesn't have an option anywhere to pre-order E:FE. I am considering buying it for my brother as the game looks pretty cool and he liked MoM back in the day. Plus I'd like to help out Stardock at the same time. Heck, I'd like to buy a boxed edition for myself if it&#39

That does concern me a bit too. It went from beta access one week after to possibly beta access in the following weeks. I bought my game in mid September 2010, full well knowing that it was a dog. I did it to support Stardock. (I even bought the Collector's Edition.) The EB Games guy seemed very excited when he saw me looking at E:WOM in the store, I recall. Lol. It would kind of suck to have to wait a couple of weeks to get access to
For those enjoy all aspects of MP, and are confused by the near hostility of some towrds you: There are a lot of people that are "game loners" out there. For many, the games they play are their lives. They don't have or don't want others around when they play. When you hear/read things like "it will take too long", that's loner talk for "real people will be in the game, and I don&#39
Quoting Thormodr, reply 115 Multiplayer is all about balance. After all, how could you get bragging rights for being the better player if you used something unbalanced to achieve victory? Bragging rights? Who said anything about bragging rights? Saying that makes it sound like it's all about competition. This isn't Starcraft, Halo or COD. My main attraction to multiplayer for TBS is
Quoting Thormodr, reply 112 I don't think you realize just how few people truly care about multiplayer. They aren't failing anyone. They are prioritizing correctly. I and many others don't want this game watered down and its single player experience weakened just for the sake of multiplayer. I don't think you realize that people who want MP don't want any special tinkering done with
we all loved Master of Magic and have been following the Elemental series because of that Game. The ONLY thing MoM lacked was multiplayer support for us to play vs our friends. THEN YOU MAKE THE GAME WITHOUT MULTIPLAYER?!?!?!? I don't think you realize just how epicly you're failing the bulk of the long term followers of this project.

Huzzah for the AI! To the victor goes the spoils. [e digicons][/e] I do agree that diminishing returns might be something to consider. Still, very cool to see.

Yes. Online only play is only for the Beta. That way they can patch the game quickly and efficiently. Otherwise, there would be beta testers that hadn't downloaded the latest version and might be posting bugs that had already been fixed. Much easier this way.
