The only explanation that comes to mind is that you somehow selected 2.33 in the Beta screen. To go back to 2.8 right click on GC3 in your Steam library, Properties, Betas tab and change to no beta.
Maybe I am still misunderstanding the new lore or concept but I personally think it would be quite confusing to players to call Scryve conflict's universe THE Origins Universe. What makes it original? Why is it any more superior than UQM or Kessari universes? Or any future user/dev universes?
The name Origins refers to the multi-dimensional gateways. The Ship Graveyard anomaly is still in the files, maybe the frequency is set too low. I'll pass it along to the devs.
We already have threads about the legal dispute, please stay on topic. Edit: No Sentient Milieu opens up some interesting possibilities, the Ur-Quan might not have been split into different sub-species, the Burvixese and Gg might still be alive.
AIs won't have access to the improvement if you sell them the tech.
Sorry, the Founders package is no longer available for sale.
This is because it is an upgrade of an improvement that no longer exists. I'll pass it along to the devs.
While Linux support is planned, there is no release date at this time.
Closed Beta (pre-order): MyMenkmackSneezed Founder Beta: VIPScryveFTW The first one is for those that have pre-ordered. The second one is for Founders.
I became a lifetime founder quite a while ago. Since that has happened, I haven't gotten any notifications or updates other than when I visit the Founders Vault. I don't know a lot about Steam, I have it, and have 1 other game I use it for. However, I got nothing in regards to any beta or melee testing or whatever it was, and any link I look at only says "pre-order now" despite the fact I should have a copy of the game whene
Mac support is planned, as well as Linux plus some others. While there is still optimization to be done, I don't think an integrated video card is going to cut it.
To be precise, their announcement was "...we are now working on a direct sequel to Star Control II® -- The Ur-Quan Masters, called Ghosts of the Precursors™ ". This has slightly less proprietary connotations than "<span style="text-decoration: un

Last time I used it I received the ships. What ship style did your civ have? Also save game just before unlocking the trait would help a lot. Dropbox is good choice for uploading files.
A link to it would be much appreciated.
Would you upload the custom civ to the Workshop so the devs could look at it?
Did they get the Artifact mega event? I suggest you upload a savegame, like on Dropbox. Brad would love to look at this.
Just tested it and it is working for me. Are you using any mods?
Base game or Crusade?
Just going to post Exhibit E here.
Just tested the constructors trait and it worked fine for me. I suggest verifying integrity of game files
I’d love to make a sequel but we were only the publisher and GOG got bought.
I think you meant GPG, Gas Powered Games. A shame, I found the game to be enjoyable.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, because I don't remember seeing this in other versions, but are the other civs supposed to be able to send more trade vessels than I have planets (and I have a lot)? I'm talking at least 50 vessels on a large map, and not that deep into the game. It's nice to get the extra credits from trade, but it REALLY slows the game down.
The limit is for trade routes, not trade ships.
Don't do that? I mean seriously, are you suggesting that engineering time be put into protecting the AI from single player griefing?
Or better yet, teach the AI how to do it. Let's see if the meatbags like it.
