seems like it's a civ 5 mod rather than a new game kind of like colonization was for civ 4
This appears to be probable. Which is a shame....really don't like the way civ 5 took the game. I do like colonization though....will have to spool that up again now that I've been reminded of it. :)

Wild shot in the dark here but this could be your video card overheating. Laptop forcing shutdowns to avoid critical failures? LH is very graphic intensive...took out my card (though in my defense, my card was 6 years old)

Having to plan out your economy around what buildings you want to build in what cities was always an interesting challenge to overcome. I totally disagree. I much prefer the Civ 4 model to the Civ 3 model where the optimal build for most of your cities if often nothing (or just troops) because the maintenance costs of buildings means that only a few cities sho
The update is currently being worked on. There's a whole process of development, QA, etc. that something like that has to go through, so sometimes things take longer than expected, or something arises that causes a delay. The only reason I switched to win 7 64-bit was because I purchased an SSD drive......which doesn't play nice with XP. All my software is still 32-bit. I've had way more problems with win 7 in the short 4 monthes of owning it than I ever had with win XP and the 12+ years of owning it. I'm not against the new OS....oh wait....win 8 is the new OS now....and I am against that. I'm not against win 7; it's ju

I've had the "is LH a military driven game" conversation before in another recent thread. While I agree that a military presence is required for every victory condition to be met (yes even the master quest needs some military), the miltary victory condition requires elements to varying degrees of teching, questing, and diplomacy to be successful as well. Thus, I do not attribute LH to being solely a war game. It requires mulitple facets. I'd love to se

That's a presumption though.
