Crap! Luring with Sedna interests no one here, methinks ):

@in1 - I'm pretty sure PD is not triggered by his shoulder weapons. If so, that would be very interesting - would make it pretty damn near impossible to get away from him without bat swarm or shield. You could test it pretty easily if you were inclined though.. just host a 1v1 ai game and walk near the enemy without aaing when u hit level 2 and get arrows - if it never procs, then you have your official answer anyway. Yeah, I'll do it. Maybe I
Is it possible to play speed Rook with Poison Dagger instead of Swift Anklet? (I have no idea if PD's slow triggers on shoulder weapons' hits).
Yes, he fed a lot...
Just wanted to share two examples of how my build (refer to the relevant post via Pacov's compilation) can score some kills. 1. Drang nach Sedna by Golix/Wip and its surprising results. Oops, hehe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6t-fCKEsaw 2. These guys are much better, and they mean business. Please note I have only my core items (NR and BoS) and monks
Hm. You play a solid Rook, actually. The only real drawback is you have a tendency to overestimate your power (note how top tower Rooks are turtling it 75% of the time), can be lured into disadvantageous position, and thus become top target during ganks (:
I beat OMHin1 for the first time ever today. That was with a MANA build ROOK. Yeah baby my rook had 4200hp and his sed was about the same. So there you go for non HP builds! Tower, roll,BLAT! ZAP,STOMP,SLAM! ROLL SLAM! BLAT! BLAM! Well, it was me (Sed)+Zen (Reg) vs you (Rook)+Lucyfear (QoT). Was sort of hard, QoT and Rook have too much strategical advantage ): Zen got Mageslayer, and there was a slight chance we could still reverse the tendency by scoring additional kills, but
Hm. Something happened today that made me reconsider my position somewhat. A certain player, UltraNoob33, tricked me into playing with utter noobs. I did not enjoy my teammates feeding non-stop, so I said goodbye and quit. After which that gentleman pm'd me with something like: "Nice critical error, you stat whore!". And I just quit...
Pacov, you hear that? I worship you, hehe. Just don't publish our private correspondence, else poor Wip will be sooo surprised :)
Cool. You promised to teach me those UB tricks about a year ago ;)
Heh, there is a certain wisdom in that (:
well no, I was assuming you weren't completely retarded and if I quoted the first sentence of a paragraph you'd be able to understand that I was addressing that point in general. But I guess you are, I'll be sure to be more clear in the future. To formulate your thoughts in a clear way is a bon ton and, as such, is generally advisable, hedgie (: To assume a role of the Condescending Master (which is all you do on these forums whenever and where
That's a trick, nnnils. Don't do it!
It's very much possible to invalidate on purpose, as any experienced player knows (: 'Most dropped games' is not a vital statistic, it's just something that happens if you don't want to waste your time in a lost match with stubborn teammates. The opponents still get the win, so no one suffers.
Ah, so you are basically saying many players do not push towers etc., thus voicing their protest vs spirit rush? (: Excuse me, but this thesis seems rather doubtful. As a side note, I don't really see anything bad in using Erb (or J-Treaded Oak) mobility + safety to paralyze enemy flags. Comparing it to playing full minion Oak is very radical, IMHO. The usual high level Western approach: score a lot of kills and you will be all right. Surprisingly, you won't. If you
That's DG theory (based on practical experience, of course). If you get an urge to comment with: "I'm gonna pwn you pathetic Sedna with no items and no brains, lololol n00b", please don't bother (: In my opinion, there are three levels to understanding game dynamics, in ascending order of difficulty and rarity - player's level usually correlates: (I) A tactical (fighting-game) level. Being able to put your guy's/girl's abilities to good use (correct ski
i could beat you without any items so that should tell you something I'm looking forward to the epic fight of no-items visca vs fully geared skull. No 1v1 w/ host desync, yes, visca?
Yup, she plays quite a lot recently.
Update: I've played several games with/vs kamil yesterday and today. Not a single invalidation and he became much nicer overall. I'm not deleting this post altogether, but just FYI - it seems to me the guy has turned his asshole mode off. Since we have quite an influx of new/returning old players, a fair warning is due (I guess those who played actively during last 1.5 years are well aware of kamil's cheating
I do take it, just not as a permanent item, because I'm basically running with 1 armor. Both Banded and Scalemail are recommended as replaceable early-game armor pieces, of course.
Well, if I see the match is pointless to continue and my teammates won't concede, I exit, sure enough. Why not? The opposing team still gets the win, I just don't waste my time and energy playing a lost game. That happened a lot in Epoch IV, with a lot of semi-noob games, that are rather unpredictable. Oh, and regarding achievements. You, on the other hand, are mainly known for two: (1) being the shameless stats whore -- I've never seen you play on a team with worse stats;
After some experimentation - replacing BoS with another armor, I'm quite sure tank Sed simply does not survive in 3v3, especially vs high dmg matchup. Thus, in 3v3, either BoS + full IG, or Cloak are essential. In 2v2 - really up to the player.
