1. Well, honestly, it's difficult to answer with a simple 'yes' or 'no'. It can be either great (if the other team is conservative), or retarded (if the other team can adapt easily). We were conservative (: Thus, it worked like a charm. Alternatively, we could put nnnils on mana, while me and yellow would try to hold hp vs UB+Sed. I think that was the right thing to do, given the circumstances, but we got into the mental inertia state and did not respond as needed. <p

1. We had 5 'pro' players and one semi-pro here (Kreatron). In order to balance, the stronger team went Rook (nnnils)/Sed (IN1)/DA (yellow_belly) vs Rook (jakins)/Sed (Antares)/UB (Kreatron). The game turned out to be quite challenging for us. Jakins has gone mana till level 9, so he was ahead of nnnils. And our DA couldn't really fight - no surprise - until after level 10. Hm. Well. It's more about the synergy between the players, if you ask me. I'll probably play either with Darkiliath or with yellow_belly, since I feel we work best together. Certain great players (like Soccer_Mom) I don't understand. Your suggestion is reasonable, but, on the other hand, I highly doubt anyone will like the randomization of teams. People should play with whomever they like.

Occ is very easy to play (escape mechanism + huge range + damage) and his power really increases towards end-game (which is an unusual tendency). Zen has it all outlined quite nicely. I wish to add that without Uberfix, KoM (the minions synergy passive) is probably more useful than Brain Storm (does not remove debuff states). However, if the game is with Uberfix enabled, BS over KoM is a no-brainer.

One thing for the noobs I've noticed games being hosted "Farming". They probably create smurf accounts and farm them for stats. How else would it be possible for all those 80%+ total noobs to exist?
