That problem excisted prior to version 3. I had to remove DesktopX 2.9 (purchased version - several beta releases), and all DesktopX entries in the registry to get the clocks to work. If anyone has the easy solution to this, please respond!

Thanks for answering, MikeB314! No-one else seems to be willing to answer that question either. I just want someone to give a straight forward answer why the rules for uploading apply just to some. If there are different rules, that's fine with me, but could anyone explain why it is so? I just want to know why some skins are allowed to be in the wrong gallery while others get removed for far less reasons.
