Finale Notepad is a very good place to start. If your son want something more advanced for his future "hits" and decides to upgrade, he will have learned the basics from the best in the business.

Does not "Save Desktop" correctly. Crashes when loading about 50% of the themes.
but does it change the interface for every user? Yes. how th make it for my user only? You cannot, beacuse it modifies the system files of Windows XP.</

I think it's a good thing to add new things to the site, but I also think it's time to separate them into sections with the Stardock related skins and another section with galleries for all the other skins, graphics, screensavers etc.

I have used AVG (free version) for about a year, and the only problem I've had with it, is that it reported two or three files for containing trojans, when they were clean as a whistle. That's not a "real problem" in my opinion. In addition to AVG, I use Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware & Winpatrol to keep my system clean..
Nevermind... Before I posted, the last post I could see was from March 24. Seems all right now, and I got here pretty quick too with both Stardock Central and my browsers, Opera & IE! Great work guys!
