Sorry to say, they do not work on my computer either. You could try to post a comment or send a mail to paxx about the "Countdown with custom image", maybe he can tell you how to fix this. There are other excellent picture frames you could try though. _Martin_ has just released a really nice one which I'm using, so I am sure it works. You can find it here http://www3.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=34&SkinID=208 and I just noticed a brand new one by mormegil http://www3.wincustomize.com/skins

If you are using the same computer with the same graphics card now, as you did before the SP2 upgrade, it will most certainly work if you do the following: 1. Start BootSkin and apply the "Default System Boot Screen". 2. Uninstall BootSkin and restart your computer. 3. Re-install Bootskin. Easy as 1-2-3... duh [Message Edited]

Obviously you people exchange information in other channels, since there's no update in this thread. I just read the good news in SD's screenshot comments. Glad to hear you got a job and can "annoy us with an overabundance" of screenshots!

To edit boot.ini, right click "My Computer", Properties->Advanced->Startup and Recovery->Settings-System Startup. There's an Edit button there to access the boot.ini. Caution! If you don't know exactly what you are doing when editing the settings in boot.ini, don't!
