One of the topics that has come up on the discord is that we should focus on the lore. Certainly internally we have discussed some paths in regards to expanding existing aliens as opposed to introducing new aliens.

I'll most likely be getting it on launch. Epic should have gifting in by then so I can buy it for my SO too. Will have to see what cross-play is like with all of the various platforms involved.

I would be interested in hearing what others would want.
I am familiar with that channel. Although I've known about O'Neill Cylinders for far longer.
Us space and sci-fi geeks have been aware of this kind of thing for awhile most likely but it's rare to see it, let alone getting to go experience it, in the real world. Personally, I feel as though one of the best ways for us to colonise the solar system is by building O'Neill Cylinders. They "generated gravity" in the same way by spinning.
I might be looking for an alternative soon. CCleaner seems to be getting a little... odd these days.
I am waiting. Is anyone awake there. Bought game on 29th. Has not showed up on my STEAM account. Have confirmation notice, shows up in my Stardock account, shows up in Stardock download file. DOES NOT show up on STEAM so I can activate and play. I see that others have had the same problem. Also that there is a problem with the keys. What??? I have been a follower (and buyer
I've been using Eneba.com lately. In all honesty, never had any problems whatsoever, they say that they get some of their games from the official providers too. The prices are good, so its a no brainer for a cheapskate like me
That's not really relevant to this topic though. It's a key seller, those are ten a penny. Steam, GOG, Epic and other services provide hosting and other aspe
I did upload it. It's the external link. Link I can't tell what's causing it. I thought it might be something to do with a citizen transport resting on a rally point that is on a defended anomaly which I was about to start combat with. However I loaded one turn before that and other than the citizen which I can't control, I didn't do
This graph is interesting and has been shared around on some CM channels I am on.
A lot of the active modders these days are either on Steam or on Discord. I invite you to join the official Sins discord server if you have not already done so as its a great way for modders to meet and Blair also answers questions direct.
Okay, so I am not planning to do anything super cheeky for Stardock this year (or am I?) but I also want to throw this thread up as a way for people to share what april fools they have fallen for this year online. It's early right now so I haven't really seen much but I will update later as soon as something gets me. They always do.
Has this only happened in one game? If it happens on others can you list the steps taken to reproduce? You can also upload the save game then our team can take a closer look at this specific game.
Woah Pharad, necroing posts? :P Unfortunately, we don't get to reveal dates for sales, although normally big sales like Steam get leaked a few weeks before. To answer the question for the thread I don't think I picked up anything from the last summer sale on Steam. Most games I have any real interest in I normally get a full price these days. I have plenty in my library to work through on slow months.
How about allowing pausing in the easy and normal game modes, but not allowing it in more difficult game modes.
Sort of like an "ironman" difficulty?

Thank you for taking the time to write up your feedback here Amelie. I know how much effort that was from our conversation in discord j/k. Big agree on letting players run higher tech on previous missions and adding better feedback for damage on structures. I think the minimap is something that is going to be debated quite a bit.
I definitely prefer games that are story focused. The last two games I backed on KS was for They Came From Beneath The Sea, a game about 50s-style pulp sci-fi horror (think a lot like Fallout) and The Contagion Chronicle for the Chronicles of Darkness, both being developed by Onyx Path Publishing. I do have a copy of Shadowrun 5e through which I have been meaning to play and recently picked up the sciences division supplement for Star Trek Adventures. A game I have wanted to p
Another possible way to implement time management is giving a limited slowdown or pause ability. Basically, you could pause or slowdown the game, but only for a limited time before it resumes.
rixmith: I like these. Although I find it curious that you mention not being able to see the whole map at once as a positive. That is something another person has already suggested we change to allow a strategic view similar to what is already in Escalation.
I am not familiar with Blades.
Ok, I managed to get a screen: Reduced 43% Original 1920 x 1080 It is a modded game, but changes are all on custom races, not anything deeper to the game. I'm not sure how to reproduce it - it
So I noticed there was a boardgame thread but not one for tabletop RPGs. It is a part of gaming that I have only relatively recently picked up properly with games such as the Chronicles of Darkness series and Star Trek Adventures. What are some of the tabletop RPGs other people on the forums play? Got a favourite? Any stories from your sessions?
