I'm not sure if reviews stick around for release on early access titles... but the people looking at the price and going straight to the forums are not going to look at the reviews anyway (they clearly are not even reading the store page regarding what is included and that it is a limited offer). So keeping that discussion to the one thread on the forum should be plenty.
I hope you understand that in t
I'd say: "Alpha". Much like being able to see what the AI is building in their planets. I haven't mananged to go into debt yet though.
We're actually intended to see what the AI is making, so we can see if they're being idiots or not.
Just tried that, the GPu usage went up slightly, however frame rate didn't change
You're just a Leviathan of bad luck, aren't you? I'm sorry I can't help more, I'm not using an AMD card myself. Best of luck man/woman
Hey guys. I made a quick review for the alpha, more of a 'who should buy this' blurb than anything. I was forced to do the ethical thing and not recommend it to the general player. Do you think I was fair in my assessment? " [NOTE; This isn't so much a review of the game and more of an... 'opinion piece' for lack of a better word. The game is far too early in development to begin making a rational and justified review. Also, as a very large fan of the pr
Found a post by the forum guy "Fate";
EDIT: IF ANYONE IS HAVING THIS ISSUE RUNNING AN AMD/ATI UPDATING TO BETA DRIVERS FIXED IT

Has anyone else used the PI exploit? Research planetary invasion, buy a few and kill everyone in 25 turns or less. If you find a ship victory is assured because ships don't guard all the planets. PI needs to have at least one tech in front of it, maybe a bonus to soldiering. ( I beat ParagonRenagade in less than 20 turn ) DARCA
Laugh it up. Seriously though, it took me completely by
ATI cards have been having trouble running this game, so it's not just you. This is, I'm assuming, a compatibility issue. Try updating your drivers
You can kill them with console commands atm.
I was under the impression everything out now is a placeholder
My heart sinks seeing my mail icon at the top right with a green "100" on it. I know exactly what's happening.
So far, Vista 64 bit hasn't been working for people, so I'm going to have to say no :c It may work later though, when compatibility has been fixed.
Wipe them out All of them
They're all being stupid and ignorant on the GC3 Community Hub. We need to teach them the error of their ways.
Pin this. It's important.
You're right. Imagine an immense galaxy with no governors, notifications or rally points :O *Shivers*
I agree across all points, but I find it likely that these were all planned for a future build.
Similar problem with a transport fleet not being able to invade :c
Good should provide small intangible benefits (Like morale, or loyalty and the like) and a large bonus to "long-term" things like planet quality or something. Evil should provide many short-term benefits and a handful of long-term bonuses, while pragmatic should be a more balanced approach. imo
Adeon is so mad lol. I can feel the anger through the monitor.
...but I can't. I can't. Stop. Trolling. Steam.
You are doing God's work Chuckles. God's work.
Considering its potential, the alpha is a far cry from a good game. But I've taken part in my share of alpha builds, and this one is least broken of them. Take that for what you will.
Sadly, we saw that in Endless Space already. Tactic cards, different speed and accuracy of different weapon types - in the end players reverted to refitting. Just because refitting is much more benefical than all tactics and other bonuses.
I can't explain it well in English, but it's not like Endless Space.
You can do anything you want with footage and pictures, but you can't include the official game logo and you need to mention it's in alpha development.
They're adding a large number of variables like traversal, speed, accuracy/precision, different sub-types of Lasers/Missiles/Mass Drivers and the defenses, alongside pre-battle general orders. Does that sound better to you? I can see why you would prefer the other way.
I had a similar problem where my transports couldn't invade a planet. I just reloaded my autosave and everything worked fine afterwards
