A documentation of the .syn syntax feature would be nice. Currently the OE helpfiles looks more like spaceholders. Think I mentioned this in another thread, but how about we start a thread where people post the different features they discovered in OE? And in that article we can link up to people's .syn files.

I'm working on a DesktopX gadget at the moment where I use a custom font. Is there any way that I can ensure the font get installed by the gadget? Doesn't even have to be system wide, just so that the gadget is able to use it.

most people dont have the browser so big that it can show the main navagation pane on the right...it looks and runs good, but it would really be better if the navagation pane remained on the left. That would mean their resolution is less than 1024x768. From WC's sitemeter stats http://www.sitemeter.com/?a=stats&s=sm7wincustomize&r=73 it says that only

Yes, everything is being worked on. It's just being worked on in several small phases as I get time. the problem is that I'm trying to make it customizable that you don't have to load up DX builder to add shortcuts and whatso might be there. I think I need to focus on making the basic features first and then add bits as it go along. But to do that I need to make a solid base first. My current job is ending in February, so there might be some time before I get a new job alloing me to put in some

The thing what trubbles me about the downloadable music is that an album cost the same as it would on CD. Now with a CD I get something physical, and the bitrate of a CD is normally about 192Kbs, and sometimes you get bonus content. When you download an album you get nothing but the songs and they are usually at a lower bitrate. That doesn't add up for me. All my CD's is put on my computer. I use it as my stereo system. I'd love to download my music without buying the CD's, 'cause I don't ne

I use ObjectEdit allot. For making websites to gadget scripting. I have played around with it allot to tweak it to fit my own preference. I've found that using a white on warm black with subtle colours is easier on my eyes. And of course using a shorter tab indent, like 4 spaces. And I have also rewritten quite a few of the syntax files as well to they include more keywords. And I've had to write syntax files for some languages that didn't come by default with OE. I was wondering

I got alot of stuff I'm working on. problem is that I'm always working on them and not finishing them. The very latest is this little concept I jsut started on. Just the basics at the moment. Need to add details so it's not just another black glass thingy. I was planning on adding the style to my Underground gadget. <img src="http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/9813/blackglassv1hr3.th.png" border="

Can we create our own layout? Like upload a CSS file and images? If so, will there be some docs or info to what the different element's IDs and Class names are?

PCIe ports is one reason for me to consider upgrading my PC. It's 3.5 years old, but still runs well and got a Vista rating of 4.1. But for instance, I won a new graphics card recently, 'Great!', I thought... then realised that it was a PCIe and my comp only do AGP or PCI. Seeing how more and more accessory use PCIe I might have to upgrade my motherboard just to be able to plug in any new components.
