will agree that there will be some parts/components that Are going to come together as they should be; however the chances of *all* the necessary parts coming together in the *correct combinations* so that all you would need to do is turn the power on, is so astronomical as to be '0'. Another example, if you were to find a house sitting in the middle of the Sahar

the girl that makes 80% of WC crazy with 'her current desktop picture' I reckon even if I was female I'd still be attracted to her picture <img src="http://im
So... can anyone explain the rules of Gridiron in a couple of sentences - I'm guessing it's got to do with getting the ball to one end of the field and when that happens you get abou thte same # of points as the guy does backflips? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle"
#55 by Moderator BoXXi - 10/7/2003 10:06:17 PM I can never understand all the antagonism you guys throw at Kona, personally I have never had a problem with any of his posts. FWIW that goes for me too - so he (? ) is a bit fiesty at times but so what?
these days the 'bloodsport' is gone That's pretty much par-for-the-course in all other contact sports too... NRL's the same, and rugby. Too many zoom lenses and tribunal by video after the fact. Dunno about ice hockey tho' don't get to see it much let alone check it's progress over the years. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/
Ornery varmints, huh?
Yellowstone is just a huge caldera. It's only a matter of time before it blows According to the Bill Bryson book I mentioned it happens (on average) every 600,000 years and the last eruption was 630,000 years ago (I think I got that right ) May
You're not even talking real football then {SHIELDS UP}
What're y'all talking about?? > Footy season's just finished ! (well, except for the rugby) Brisbane Lions won the AFL & Penrith Panthers won the NRL ! Bring on the cricket! <img src="http://images.stardock
The problem is that "very bad things" happen to earth quite regularly. Case in point: Anyone ever been to Yellowstone national park? Sounds like Brad's been reading Bill Bryson? In any case, you're well informed <img src="http://images.stardock.c
OD for OS/2 made a world a difference in the OS I quite agree! So much so that for me the apps I used most from OS/2: Control Center (mainly for multiple desktops - I use BandVWM only now) and Tablaunchpad (at most 2 clicks to open any app) are still the first thing to go onto any of my windows PCs. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%
Hmmm not good - although it's also not something you'd remember to think to make a backup of... FWIW, I posted a request in Stardock's news server whether they can possibly post the DLL's somewhere on their website for download... Good Luck ! [Message Edited]
no I meant how did a single cell that we all came from ( according to evolution) make males and females different? we are to perfectly constructed so how is it possible? The same way a cyclone (hurricane to you yanks ) can change from a 'perfect' single
Open 'display properties->appearance" and in the "Item:" list there's entries for "Icon Spacing (Vertical)" & "Icon Spacing (Horizontal)". I guess these will ultimately set your icon grid. HTH
to us the 'cute accent' is entirely bland and un-noteworthy I would say rather... excessively exaggerated, <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" b
I got heaps of stuff out the back if you want it
I've just been cleaning out my garage and found the printed manual for my Object Desktop v1.5 for OS/2! I think it was *the* first purchase I made over the net (and received spam ever since ) If I get time tomorrow I'll scan the cover and post it somewhere to for you guys to look at - it was very slick.
Well, I know I've nearly gnawed my own leg off as a result of watching one of their shows (on TV - saved by the remote control) - so I can hardly blame the tiger
