It should be in the .."Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock" directory. I think it's used to hook into the mouse so you can setup hotspots etc. Maybe a virus/trojan scanner blocked it during install?

Here's a Yahoo (formerly Konfabulator) widget that does zipping http://www.widgetgallery.com/view.php?widget=37655. It uses a freeware commandline zip utility (7zip?) to do the actual work by calling the executable. Maybe it's of some use?
I think this is usually due to the progressbar palette not matching the overall image palette - they must be the same.

For me it was frustration with OS/2 Warp's launchbar - TabLaunchpad and ControlCenter looked (and indeed were) a mighty improvement.

That key has nothing to do with Stardock software - it's special modem software to allows the system (for example) to tell you if you have incoming calls while you're using the modem. Why the Stardock software is highlighting this is anyone's guess. Did you recently uninstall this feature (it may not have succeeded properly)? A lot (if not all) of the performance meters use the in-built Windows PerfMon interface to access this info. If it's not in there, it's not likely that it can be easily made into a docklet or widget.
