both for the frist phase of the game having a befed up survey ship is great cause you can park it near a weak AI home world and blast every one of there coloney ships. later in the game however they tend to be out gunned unless you were realy lucky with the bonues and you level it up alot.

LDiCesare: oh i have played those pass along games with civ 3 kinda what we did was we all had a copy of of that game and then all 30 of us would vote on what to do for every turn we called it a democracy game. The only problem was the AI didn't always react the same way so about half way through we gave up. But yea the pass along idea is great too have many turns would each person get i would have to say at least 10-20 or it would take to long.

You know what i think is pricless Playing a Gigantic map with occational worlds (frist time using more that Rare.) Get what i think is a good amount of systems 21 and lossing 4 to the I-League, 6 to the Terrain Confederacy. Realy Falling Behind in everything but tech and then Forging Alliances with the 2 Empires that Cripaled me an almost winning (stupid AI can win by Tech 1.03a).

i have been trying on and off all day to post to library and it wount work, not because i think its down but the stupid screenshot format. I am pritty sure i have my mod in the .zip format (it looks like a folder with a zipper on it) but my cant get any grafics program on my computer to display in .jpg they will only display as file type .jpeg. to make it worse it only says that the file or pic format is wrong so i dont know witch to fix can someone tell me how i can fix it?
