Oops! My mistake. I posted on the galactic forum thread. Oh, well. :p

ok, this is weird. I know I posted twice earlier in this thread, but now those posts are gone. :(
How about some of the characters from Knights of the Old Republic? I was specifically thinking of the two robots, but any of them might do. There's plenty of pics on the website, too.
This is a cool mod. :) Any plans to add more govs?
WAY TO GO G.R.O.S.S.!!! :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT:
Geez, Malaphar, calm down. If it bothers you that much, I won't post in this thread again. I'm not here to annoy anyone, after all.
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
Theoden, Gengsta, Thanks for the help. Do I need to include the brakets([])?
Different shade of green. What I'd like to know is why Kirk, and ONLY Kirk, got an alternate style uniform? [Message Edited]
Trivial Star Trek fact #(too high to count): Uhura most often wore red, but often wore blue. In at least one episode, she wore gold. Usless side note: In the original series (the one with Kirk & Co,), the "gold" uniforms were actually green. For some reason, they show up as gold on film; possibly a result of a combination of lighting and type of film used. (Or any other reason you'd care to come up with.) Note that Kirk's "alternate style" uniform is indeed green... <b
I've been up to long. I almost missed the ANZACs - 2003!
Oh, I know that! I was just making a (lame) joke. Oh, well! :notsure:
Can you really call it a military coup if it's bloodless? I mean, come on, it's the military! They LIKE using guns and stuff like that!
My BC's are on G.R.O.S.S. because if I don't bet for them, I might lose my position as their "official" rooting section! (Actually, I'd vote for them anyway! ;p How can you lose when Spaceman Spiff's on your side? ;) )
“We don’t need to compromise our principles, because they don’t have the slightest bearing on what happens to us anyway”. Had to laugh went I read that. The image of Calvin sitting in the bathtub saying that after loudly announcing he wouldn't violate his principles by taking a bath still brings a chuckle. As a side note: This strip was a direct result of Watterson's fight with the comic syndicate to prevent licensing Calvin & Hobbes products. Watterson won and will not lice
"Something about losers. Posting to this thread automatically makes you... uh... nevermind." LOL LOL LOL BTW, can anybody tell me how to make the quote button work? I highlight the text and hit the 'Q' button, but nothing happens.
If you want to go back to the thread index, the quickest way is to click on the line "Go Back To Message Board" at the bottom of every thread page. Assuming you've read the page in question, you'll be right there anyways.
Well, I'm calling it a night. Thanks for letting me join in G.R.O.S.S.ers! Good Night!
Enterprise-E is still intact, as of Nemesis. Picard might object to you taking pieces of his current ship! I think Enterprise-A was retired after Undiscovered Country.
*Pulls out a note pad and writes the following message:* "Umm...Thanks, but no thanks. I'll just let it grow back!" LOL
"The effort to revive it would virtually ignore the earth part taking over where the first series left off." As far as I'm concerned, there was no "Galactica 1980." Gahhhh!!!!! My tounge is burning with fire!!!!! (I should know better than to say that-name-which-should-never-be-named!) Say Darth Bob, Which Enterprise is it?
"I forgot how Boltar ended up surviving. Cuz in the pilot we were led to believe he was killed." IIRC, Lucifer spared him. I guess he figured "use a human to catch humans" or something. (Hmm...Can't get that 'Q' button to work.) [Message Edited]
Nice to see the Galactica and Pegasus flying together again. I always wondered what happened to the Pegasus. No way Commander Cain would have been killed by something as pathetic as a couple of Cylon Basestars exploding. Best line of that episode; Baltar: "He's not interested in saving the Galactica! He's after ME!!!" (paraphrased, Been WAAYYY to long to remember exactly! ;p )
Pontius, I simply have no interest in competing in the metaverse. I doubt that you'd remember, but we've had a similar conversation before, along with some C & H talk. That was way back in the first few pages of this thread, IIRC. I'm content to watch on the sidelines. Just know that at least some of the "civilians" are pulling for you! (And I DO appreciate the offer.) Again congrats!
Do you guys have ANY friggin' idea how long it takes to read this entire thread?!? (Give you a hint: DAYS!) I've got to say I'm impressed! :CONGRAT: While I've hit the GalCiv site daily, I've not monitored the board much for a while. G.R.O.S.S. was just starting out then. I wondered then how you'd fare. All I can say is: WELL DONE! (Of course, any empire based on Calvin & Hobbes would virtually have to reach the top. Calvin wouldn't accept anyhing less.) So co
