I agree. I had down time in between games before Dragon Age came out and I fired up Sins for the first time in months and played 4 games. It was even funner then I remember it. To me that is super value in a game when I can play it 2 or 3 years later (or 5-6 yrs later) and it still feels fresh and fun.
I love Impulse as well and most games I'm interested in they do carry. But there are some they don't like Fallout 3 and other Bethesda products and so this weekend I ended up going to Best Buy to get Fallout 3. I refuse to use Steam so tried and true physical media it was.

I only get to play a few hours a week so I'm now just over 50 hours in game. I've only completed the first of the 4 main quest branches and halfway on the 2nd. Have done a ton of sidequests and missions though. I'm about to go to level 14. I'm pretty sure I'll have well over 75 hours into this game. I need to finish up by Christmas as I'm getting Fallout 3 GOTY and that will suck up another 150 hours of my life. LOL

Thoumsin, You're not understanding that EA, the publisher, makes the rules on who can sell their game and where. In this case Stardock/Impulse can only sell in North America. Why? Who knows. Very possible that they signed an exclusive agreement with Steam to sell exclusively outside North America. You're correct in that everyone has different experiences. I've used ATI ever since the 9800 because I had 3 Nvidia cards before that crap out on me and I said never again. Since then Nvidia has usually ruled the high end roost but ATI has had very fine mid range products. Now with the 5000 series ATI really is king in both performance and price for the first time in a while. And Nvidia has nothing in the pipeline to compete with it which is very bad on their part.&nbs

ATI 5000 series should be the only thing on your shopping list for video cards. You can get a 5770 for $150 and it's DX 11 ready. Even cheaper is the 5750. And both have similar performance to the higher end 4800 cards but with a lot less power consumption and Dx 11 support. Seems like a no brainer to me. If you can afford the 5870 and can find it then go for it and you'll have the top of the line card available that blows anything Nvidia has.
For a graphics card get the ATI Radeon 5750 which can be had for $99 to $129 bucks. 5770 is around $150. These are the low end of the latest ATI and even they blow away most Nvidia cards right now. The pendulem is swinging back to ATI. Plus with the 5000 series you have full DirectX 11 support with Windows 7 so you are ready to go with any new DirectX 10/11 games. I have a 2 year old ATI 3870 and I'm running the game at 70 fps at 1440x900 on high with no AA.&nb

The main reason why there is DLC content on day 1 is for one main reason: The game itself was supposed to come out in March but was delayed. 1) Stone Prisoner was supposed to be in the main game at March release but was taken out do to AI problems with the new character and moved to a DLC to be made available in the fall. Well, the game itself got delayed until fall and thus they are now including the Stone Prisoner DLC for free with all copies of the game. Don't see
