Do you have a savegame of the time before you attacked? It could be very helpful to find out how they did so. Do you have espionage established with them? That could also be very helpful.

They are the best ship for a long time. Before that it changes often what is the best. However, I hardly ever build Fighters or Corvettes, they become oboslete to fast.

When you are not interested in "The political machine" and some pointless minigames Stardock is releasing time by time you should only preorder AP instead of subscribing the whole drengin.net. However, I'd guess Frogboy and Carielf 'd have a differnet opinion. ;)

I dont see a big difference between 1.19 and 1.20 I think the funny new features like the AIs saying "NO" nomatter how much you offer are there in both. The only difference I know is that in 1.20 you have a possibility to increase your logistics ability and some bugfixes. Alone for the buxfixed I'd prefer 1.20!

comme je'ta dit dans lotre thread tu ne pouvent pas upgrader les ships however ils becomment better quand tu reserche du technologys weaponne ou faire du base militaristique mais le best thing et de attender pour les ships superior et utilisier ils instead tu ne peut faire un corvette becoment un cruiser d'bataille

I had absolutely no problem with the starbase fee! If you were used to build a base in every sector you got a planet in, well, that's your problem... Note that you dont have to pay the 10 bc support anymore. @Stardock: When I buy SBs from another civ, I shall have to pay the additional fee aswell. I saved 4k bc that way.

Hmm... I think that the canvas class has to do something with graphs like the ones that are used for the powergraph. But then again I don't know what an assert error is. What graph have u selected to look at? Can you see any connection with the crash and the graphs? I'd like to see the coresponding line of source code to have a look at it. I don't think so, but maybe galciv uses uncompiled libraries (DLLs) where you probably have a corrupted or expired one. Well, just speculating...
