Actually, the mailman is 'properly' known as the "postal worker" now. I would certainly hope that the people who compile the Dutch dictionary have enough gumption to say that if words like "tall" or "stupid" are good enough for the dictionary, so is "thin." Of course I may have just spawned 2 more protest groups... :-? And if you really want to get worked up on a regular basis, check out Tongue

Yeah, that's probably a much more interesting assumption. 1) wife and child, if I'm not allowed to assume them. Hoyle's complete guide to games, if I am. 2) an extremely thorough "how things work" guide that covers all the basics of things like sanitation, shelter, fire-starting, etc. 3) a Zippo lighter and a whole lotta fuel for it, 'cuz I'm lazy. 4) 100 decks of

We just switched to a changing mattress with a tie-down strap on it. Works wonders for making Krystal hold still. (We (well, Ann, actually) put up some glue-on pictures right next to the changing table, so all of a sudden she loves to sit up and put her hands all over the pictures when she's supposed to be getting her butt cleaned. At least we know she likes 'em, though. ) </font

I'll start a new article about it later today. Typing w/ 1 hand right now, got emergency daycare duty today. Krystal says "babamaaahhh" to everyone.

We usually start in a spoon, shift to a regal when my arm circulation gets cut off, and then actually go to sleep in a roam zone. Being breathed on in the cutie hug would make it a lot more difficult for me to fall asleep, and then having my snoring right in her face would ruin her chances of sleeping at all.

I can't believe your brother is so tall and thin . . . it sounds like he should be caving in on himself! Yeah, I was tempted to hold him in front of a light bulb a couple of times to see how thick he really wasn't. I was almost surprised to see him casting a shadow when we were outside. <img src="../i

Why do bad things happen to good people? Because they're bad, so they don't care who they're happening to; in fact they probably take some perverse delight in happening to people who don't deserve them. Good things, on the other hand, happen to bad people because they DO care, and they're trying

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that these guys are probably looking for some action. Don't feel bad about "friending" a few guys, it is unavoidable. ("I like you, but I'm not interested in a serious relationship right now. Let's just be friends.") Sometimes you just have to spell it out.

I like to use "crub" and "mother pus buckets" as expletives. Strictly a personal thing, though. In Minnesota, a common dialectical element is "go with", as in "I'm going to the store. You wanna go with?" (Also commonly used as "come with".) I don't particularly like this bit of local flavor, though....

citahellion: I just saw my little brother for the first time in about 10 years this past May. That blows my mind! Was it awkward? I have also noticed that siblings (and cousins) tend to pair up like that. It wasn't too bad; it's not like we're estranged or anything, just not parti
