shades, how does one play Gaelic Football?

And don't forget: ... sometimes the hardest ones are the best and most memorable.
For most of my life I have specifically set myself apart from the mainstream, looking for unusual things and non-obvious choices. I never listened to top-40 music, I never played or watched any organized sport except soccer (when it was still a relative oddity), I was never interested in popular culture. In the case of sports specifically, I abhor baseball
If you want to try it out sometime, dharma, you can go to The PDGA course directory (PDGA = Professional Disc Golf Association). There's gotta be a course somewhere not too far from you.
At least one of the purple hearts was strongly questioned by his crewmates. See: this link and This link too. There are claims that his other two purple hearts were for similarly superficial wounds and that he aggressively sought the purple hearts to take advantage of a military loo
Apparently it stands for "Becoming an Outdoor Woman"; it's a national program of some sort. see: this website here. Frisbee golf is similar to regular ("ball") golf in that you are attempting to get a frisbee into a "hole". In this case, the target (generally
Well said. On the other hand, maybe the extension of the comment that the guy had in mind was that your looks would compensate for your contentiousness.
I'm going to guess that the disappearance of your free time coincided with the arrival of your kids. I know I certainly don't have as much free time as I used to, and I've only got the one, and she's only 7 1/2 months old. Anyway, I read, take my woman to new restaurants, play Ultimate Frisbee, frisbee golf, and table tennis, and I watch tennis and cartoons and play computer g
(7: you're not as smart as I am) 7/true. oh, so true Now on the other hand, I don't like to see intelligent people selling themselves short....
That all depends on what dictionary you are using Well, if diacritical marks aren't available, "aitch" is the most normal spelling you can give it. ahahah...you caught it
I don't really consider standardized tests as an accurate measure of a person's intelligence. In fact, I don't know of anything I would consider an accurate, unbiased measure. Actually, I'm with you on that one. On the other hand, since there are no tests that are truly worthwhile, and there is SO
Maybe you need to take up some "slow" hobbies. Fishing (or Ice Fishing, in the winter), knitting, reading.
Okay, sorry, I had to run off earlier. Just for the record, on the serious portion of your post, I do agree it's quite unfortunate that by virtue of his apparent position he has been able to get off so far with just some minor public outcry instead of quick, quiet incarceration and/or a significant bail posting. I hope that he does get nailed to a wall; I don't care if it was accidental, that can be taken into account in his sentencing guidelines but
Hey, if you're going to quote a humor site, you have to expect that your article won't be taken seriously.
"Random" is just as good a name as "Chance", which I have heard used before.
Wrong. I'm working in the field for which I earned two degrees. Well, I did say "probably". 5) Your family was probably more dysfunctional than mine. Doubtful. Mine was prett
Did you look at the source for your second set of quotes?? "The Spoof." Featuring other articles such as "Colin Powell's Colon Clear" and "Kobe Bryant Dating Tips". And did you read the entire article? It's hilarious.
Okay, you had me going for a little bit. Very funny.
So I've seen a small rash of "X things about me" posts lately and I feel inspired to post a similar entry... about you. 1) You like a lot of bad movies. 2) You don't read enough. 3) You don't read enough of the stuff that I read. 4) You're probably not working in the field that you got your degree in, if you even got a degree. 5) Your family w
I like Statham (and I liked the Transporter, which was at least internally consistent if you accept the basic premise), but I don't think he'd be a good Bond. The quality that Bond needs that I don't see in him is the ability to look and sound like a British aristocrat. Statham's voice wouldn't cut it, even if he got the accent right. Actually I'm very disappointed that Pierce won't be doing another one. I thought he was on for at least one
So what you're eventually getting to is, it's better to have a dog than a husband.
Speaking of "improper use... of apostrophe's [sic]".... I am occasionally guilty of breaking out the polysyllabic vocabulary when simple words were available and obvious. Sometimes I rationalize it, sometimes I edit.
When/where did the miraculous recovery get posted??
It's normally spelled out as "aitch," I believe. Pronouncing it "haitch" is generally an Australian or British phenomenon.
As I mentioned in a previous article, I am nitpicky by nature. I hate to see language used improperly. For the most part I suppress this instinct when on-line, but there are a few things that always get a reaction from me. Here are a few more of them.... Copywrite vs. copyright, or "use the right right, writers!" "Copywrite" is a rarely-used verb
