The I-league gets defections from planets with low morale, from anywhere on the map. It is NOT culture flipping.
Thanks for that, makes sense now :) I did encounter (for the first time ever) the Event that causes the Evil Draginol to overthrow one of my planets (The event that warns you to evacuate a few turns beforehand). I immediately gathered an invasion force and headed out to take it back, but thought I'd communicate with them, and ended up trading 1 Trad

I think we really need to get some War Time drafting into place. "We need YOU!" kinda thing! LOL After all, where else in the GalCiv universe can you sit in the captains chair of the Flag Ship of your empire in Civil War attire, complete with big cigar, hat and sword, and have rank upon rank of cannons (OK laser cannons, but hey, they're still cannons!) just waiting for the enemy to approach! :p I joined up not too long ago after sitting on the sidelines for ages, but I wa

Something strange just happened to me... The I-League appeared late game after "replacing" the Torians once they'd been reduced to one planet by the Alterians on the other side of the Galazy (8x8 map size) Now the strange bit... the one remaining I-Leage planet kept flipping my planets, quite large well built up ones at that, which were 4 sectors away! I know the I-Leage have rather weird flipping powers (which I'm hoping have been toned down with the latest update - not updated yet my
they should have some sort of AAM (Antimatter to Antimatter Missile) for defenses. Net effect is that it should not get more than 150 points off instead of 300.
I quite like this idea, not a bad thought! And woohoo to the Paladin ship! :CONGRAT: LOL

CariElf! :) I realise you might not be able to answer, but do you know if StarDock intends to continue with the "StarDock Approved" Mods etc or not? Also whether there is any interest by yourselves to have a volunteer(s) manage the process for you? (As understandably you might not have the available staff to do it yourselves) Thanks :)

Oh I can appreciate that, but if we've got volunteers who will happily do this, then why ignore them! Especially people as skilled ;) as Admiral Mayito and Lord Megatron!!! ;) For that matter, speaking of the devil :P Lord Megatron has ended up setting up his own "Library"! Not really a good sign is it Even a comment or two would be great from our StarDock friends!!! :)

And there was silence... a lone tumbleweed blows across the dust covered ground... the wind howls eerily... :p Could we have someone from StarDock comment on this? Maybe FrogBoy or Cari? Please? (:( At the end of the day, it would encourage us all to play more and be more active members of the community, of that I'm definately sure, and it was StarDock's idea to "Approve" these things in the first place, but seems to have been... abandoned :notsure:

I tend to win most of the time via the Cultural Conquest option, but I have noticed that quite often, if a planet of mine was threatening to defect to another alien race, and the little skull and crossbones appeared on the planet in question, even if I then swing the situation back to my favour by building anti-cultural improvements and/or build Star Base cultural modules, the skull and crossbones stay there permanently and never vanish. This happens even if I then go on to win with a m

vincible - It does this with Tech Trading also, as it seems to "highlight" it once you've right clicked it, and to stop it from happening you have to right click on it a second time, a real pain... is it something that can be looked into without much hassle? Hope so

I've not read this anywhere else, so here goes :D I noticed twice last night that the video that plays when my freighters get attacked for the first time ina game has no sound, it plays completely silent, and as far as I'm aware, this only happened with the last update...? Anyone else had this problem? All the other video's play fine
