mm onscreen keyboard is an accessability feature, right? might be configured in there. good luck with it.. i never thought of setting windows back to german to brush up on another language.. nice idea [Message Edited]

i think you just skipped over it.. you've told it to handle the greek input but not to display the type. in Regional and Language settings, go to the languages tab and click Details. you will see some categories under english.. click on 'add' and tlel it you want to add greek as a language, and it will give you a set of familier looking categories under a new greek entry (the tables and conversions and stuff). then- where you saw an input language hot-key, in your number 3, you have left alt s

this is the awesemest trouble shooting thread i've ever seen. good luck, i hope things work out for you cerebro.. i've had to go in under dos mode and manually move important data to another drive so i could reformate one and reinstall windows... i'll tell you, i'm real happy i just got this dvd burner for backups 'cause figuring out the folder structure with 8 character files names and abbreviations was hell to say the least.
